What a fantastic webshop
What a fantastic webshop! The boots I ordered are beautiful, very happy with them. The first time they got lost by Fedex, but after I contacted customer service, I was helped well by Amy, Marie and Anna they immediately made and sent a new order and it arrived safely. Thanks again for the great communication and service, I will definitely order here again!

Excellent customer support
I ordered a pair of shoes, when the confirmation was received I noticed that the size had gone through as the default size and not the size I required. I emailed Public Desire to ask if we could change the order, I wasn't expecting them to be able to this. Most companies would say no, you'll have to return then ( at your own cost) and place a new order. Public Desire did NOT do this. They responded to my email well within 24 hrs, saying they are trying to do this, and will let me know.
Within 48 hours (I placed the original order over the weekend), Marie confirmed my order had been changed to the correct size.
I received my order on the Thurday however, I had received both sizes.
I emailed again to let them know, Marie responded, thanked me for my honesty and sent me a prepaid Royal Mail label to return the item not required.
For a company to be so understanding and go to these lengths to provide the customer with great customer service and support is very rare. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Public Desire and most importantly to Marie personally. I ordered the shoes for a birthday present to myself and they arrived on my birthday. Marie did not know this, but still went out of her way to correct my order, without any complications for me.
Thank you Marie and the Public Desire team. Well done. I will be back.

I had an issue when I received a pair or heels that were different from what I ordered. I appreciate the company helping me to correct it and staying consistent with communication. Ordered pants for next day delivery and it wasn't delivered next day. Was first offered a refund for the difference between Next day and standard delivery. I wasn’t satisfied with that and Amy from the PD Team gave me a full refund. Very friendly, polite and helpful. The Capri pants were gorg aswell x
