excellent communication easy process and fast delivery of quality items

Unfortunately this experience has been awful and I definitely would not recommend.

We had a big order so I’ll explain everything:

11 outfield football kits: team logo well off centre, making it look odd. We were sent adult socks which they were made aware of by puma, but didn’t pass this on to us so we had no idea. After noticing how big they were we compared them to another kit we ordered and found out for ourselves. They are now saying it could be too late as they’ve been worn (they were worn as we didn’t know they sent us the wrong size until we compared to the other kit, they felt no need to tell us of this change- adult socks for 10 year olds?!

Goalie kit: arrived 2 weeks later than the rest of the kit and the date we were promised, missing the socks and number on the back was different colour to what we asked for.

Cones: still havent been received- order was done over 2 months ago.

Balls: arrived correct

Training kit: 2 pairs of shorts missing, numbers on the back of the kit I rung them and asked for numbers 1-16, they sent 2-18 (missing out numbers 1&13) I had spoken to them regarding these numbers but they are now saying they wouldn’t have taken this info over the phone..

Was told at one point that if I stopped ringing they would do my order quicker. I had no choice to ring as the communication was none existent unless I rung. They told me that Puma were having issues but failed to pass this on to me until I chased the orders.

As mentioned on previous reviews Nicolas attitude and sarcasm is awful, she hates being wrong and messing up the orders, can understand why she’d be defensive with the amount of issues our order has had.

Would advise to AVOID!!

Service provided was great - super helpful where we wanted a sponsor logo and embroided badges. Kits have turned out great.

Only criticism (which isn't their fault) is parcel force delivery - they arrived a few days late after failing to even attempt delivery on the expected delivery day.

I placed an order from Pro Soccer UK over a week and half ago and it never arrived! That’s the first order….

So I rang up and asked where my order is. Nicola said that it was lost at the Parcelforce depot and sent out a replacement, however this was supposed to arrive yesterday Thursday 20th July 2023 and I am still waiting for this order!

I rang up again this morning on the 21st July 2023 and spoke with Nicola again, to which she checked and ask it’s stuck in the depot at Parcelforce. As you can imagine I wasn’t happy with this response as I informed Nicola that I need this package asap! And that the service was not acceptable.

Now I understand that problems out of your control happen once yeah but not twice! Why if you know would this be sent with the same company (Parcelforce) if you know that they’re having staffing problems? Not acceptable! When I spoke with Nichola the second time I put the phone down on her as she was being very rude and unprofessional giving me very sarcastic comments and answers to my questions!

Which I have every right to ask! As a customer this is not acceptable and will be making further complaints to the right people. I called Nicola a 3rd time and again asked if she had any information about this, all I got was very sarcastic attitude and rudeness back from her she was very unprofessional and unhelpful!

Excellent service, very helpful staff who were able to help me make my order correctly.

Everything as ordered and super fast delivery. Great communication after sell. Would definitely recommend.

We were provided with excellent value for money team kit. This was back up with excellent friendly service. 100% recommended!

Could not do enough for our club as time frames were very short, totally went over and above getting our products to us before we went on tour!

Hi so happy i was really worried about getting my football team's Kit's back in time for my brother's charity fundraiser football match on Friday the 21st April and i only contacted this company on the 20th of March and they are back already and it's Friday the 7th of April and the kit are fantastic quality and the look amazing and my team is over the moon with them i recommend them to everyone and it's the 1st time I've used them and i will be using them all the time from now on im a very happy customer .. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great all round service. Customer Service is excellent. They respond swiftly to any questions. Prices are excellent. The range of kits offered is fabulous. I would have given 5 stars but I found the online ordering element a little challenging. I think they were having some technical issues. However they swiftly processed the order over the telephone.

Nicola has been brilliant from beginning to end and even when we had to order replacement kits, she was great to work with and very helpful.

The kits all came as ordered and look great.

I would recommend Pro-Soccer UK and def work with Nicola again.

Good communication!

Despite a few issues with the people supplying the items to them, they kept me up to date and were flexible regarding delivery to make sure I got my items as soon as possible.
