Ordered 15 football shirts, asked after placing my order when to expect the items and was told by 22nd August latest. Come 22nd August no kit but an email stating that I needed to confirm I was ok with no return policy and no cancellations accepted from a forwarded email where they had clearly changed the date of the email stating it was sent on 5th August.
Totally unacceptable customer service, if they had forgotten to send the email hold your hands up and admit a mistake, don’t lie. All other communication all in 1 email trail apart from that supposed email.
Subsequently order cancelled by myself. Useless company, won’t use again unfortunately.
If I were you reading this review I’d ignore their defensive responses to bad reviews, although not everyone responds in an appropriate manner, this company have not acted like a reputable business.

The quality of the kits, training jackets and printing is incredible! Everything we asked for was done perfectly. I would and will use this company again for any new kits etc we have in future. We decided to go with the kappa branded kits and they look amazing. Customer service from the sales team was class always responded to emails and delivered sooner than we expected.

My team required a personalised kit at very short notice and all of the other kit suppliers we enquired with quoted that it would take 6+ weeks for an order to be printed and arrive. Prosocceruk however were happy to provide us with a fully printed kit within only 2-3 weeks notice and the kit even arrived a day early. Nicola was incredibly helpful at all times and the communication was excellent, quickly answering any queries we had. We were even sent a mock-up of the design before it was printed. The kit is excellent quality and printed exactly as expected. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Top class service from start to finish starting with my first discussion with Nicola explaining what we required and by when to the delivery the following week. Cannot recommend enough!

Incredibly disappointed. Ordered skin top and dry cos in November. Said online would be two to 3 weeks. Oh we are still waiting for them. I have chased and chased and chased,dont always get a reply. Have been told loads of times over last few months supplier says in transit and it still doesn't appear. Whilst I accept they say they get from errea I am still prosoccers customer. I have asked for a refund but they won't give. The items now are useless due to needing them pre Christmas. I'm very disappointed. They take money quickly but providing an item and service id non existent. If I could give a Ind star I would

Updated 26 march 2024. Yes It was delivered but not until 20 march some four months after the order. You failed to take responsibility or.log a complaint as I requested.

Everything from start to finish was efficient and helpful, I worked with Nicola from the sales team and she couldn’t be more helpful. The shipping was fast, the product is a great quality and our players and their parents love the jackets. The process of getting club logos and sponsors on the jackets was seamless, and I was supported throughout. Couldn’t be happier, would recommend and will definitely be using as a supplier of team wear again in the future. Thank you!

Really good price for the rain jackets we purchased and both the club badge on the front and club name on the back look excellent. Fast delivery, with the jackets arriving less than a week after ordering.

Phone call from Bank - ProSoccerUK failed to provide ANY evidence that when your claim was submitted they had already delivered the items.

Claim is now settled and I received a full refund!

SO this means your statement of 'We successfully defended this by showing proof, that the reason you gave for the charge back had been fabricated by yourself and this was backed up by the emails we had sent and the emails we had received from you'

WAS ACTUALLY A LIE and to make the accusation that i fabricated it calling me a liar! Shame on you!

Hopefully people will AVOID. DO NOT LET THERE RATING FOOL YOU! LOOK HOW THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS MOST STATE THE SAME!

The experience of working with Prosoccer to purchase a football for our school team was outstanding. Following on from an initial phone conversation, an email was sent with all the information they required.
I was over the moon to then receive the parcel on the following Tuesday, 4 working days plus a weekend. The children were so proud to be able to wear their kit for the county finals. Thank you once again for an excellent service.
