Fantastic Company, Highly recommended.
I've been using ProsoccerUK for many years for custom football kits & tops & I can honestly say their quality, pricing & service is excellent.

Overall fantastic
The communication was fantastic , amazing customer service and quick replies to questions or queries and updates on orders was efficient too.
The shipping was so quick and the quality of all items ordered was fantastic - considering we used a lot of the cheaper kits and team wears would never tell the difference.

Scammers, do not use.
Orderd some shorts on 8th June.
It's now 20th June and I've just been informed they are out of stock.
I only heard about this when I emailed to see where my order was.
Why do companies like this, sell itemd they never have or never will, take your money and just hope you forget about it.
Complete scammers.
Avoid at all cost.

At the time of placing your order, for 2 pairs of shorts, via our website, you had to agree to our terms and conditions before you could continue to place your order.
Our terms and conditions clearly state that branded items are not stocked. You continued to place your order, thereby agreeing that you had read and understood our terms and conditions, and that the branded item you purchased was not stocked and would need to be ordered from our supplier.
It also states in our terms and conditions that items ordered direct from the manufacturer are usually despatched in approximately 3-4 weeks (not including weekends).
You placed your order on Sunday 8th June 2025, and an email was sent to you on 9th June 2025 to reiterate that we do not stock the item you purchased, asking if you were happy with the terms before we placed the order with our supplier, and requesting you to reply to the email to confirm you wish to proceed with the order.
You replied on 9th June 2025, confirming your wish for us to continue with the purchase.
If there was anything you did not understand in our terms and conditions or the email we sent, we can assure you that a member of our sales team would have been happy to assist you with any questions you may have had.
We continued to place the order with our supplier, unfortunately, they contacted us to say the shorts you ordered were temporarily out of stock.
As soon as the supplier contacted us with this information an email was sent to you, on 20th June 2025, to inform you of the situation.
Our records show a full refund was issued to you for the out of stock items.

Rain jackets great quality/price
Just received my order of 17 rain jackets and with the club badge on they look the part. Look great quality for the price paid, rival companies charge similar for inferior quality ones. The samples were sent out promptly for correct sizing, just waiting to get these refunded (takes a while).

Fantastic Service – Delivered When I Needed It Most!
Ordered some kits online on Monday with a delivery window of up to 15 days, but needed them urgently for a tournament that weekend. I got in touch with Nicola to see if there was any chance of speeding things up – and she absolutely delivered!
The kits arrived by Wednesday afternoon, well ahead of schedule. Really impressed with how helpful and responsive she was. The order was exactly as expected – great quality and exactly what I paid for.
Brilliant service, fast turnaround, and a team that genuinely cares. Will definitely be recommending Soccer Pro and using them again in the future!

Shirt quality was good but Printing was…
Shirt quality was good but Printing was disappointing.
The printing was peeling in the corner of the badge when arrived. On another badge there was some whitening around it suggesting to it hasn’t been cut correctly before heat press. Would have expected these to be picked up in quality assurance but hadn’t.
Contacted the company with photos who told me to send them back but didn’t offer to pay for postage which again was disappointing.

We did ask you to return the goods in order for us to inspect the printing. If the printing was not up to our high standard, we can assure you we would have put it right and sent the goods back to you and a refund of your postage would have been processed.
We are sure you can understand that we needed to see the goods for examination before any reimbursement of postage could be issued.

I have used Prosoccer many times now and never fail to disappoint.
I ordered x13 coats and they were with me in 9 days with club badge and initials on.
Can't fault service or quality of product.
I recommend this company to most football people if looking for quality at low cost.

Great customer service.
I needed a replacement tracksuit that my lads team had previously ordered.
I spoke with the Prosocceruk on Monday and placed my order there and then, very polite staff who assured me that what I wanted was no issue, 2 days later I have received my replacement tracksuit with printing complete as requested.
Great customer service and superb delivery time.
Will certainly use in the future.

Team work on and off the pitch
ProSoccer were brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much hassle for them. They communicated with us at all stages (even though they probably got fed up of our constant emails 😂)
We ordered 60+ kits with different sponsors for individual teams, numerous sizes and specific player numbers for each kit. Nicola especially, was brilliant with the order process and ensured we got what we wanted. Nicola also made sure the kits were delivered for a specific date even though our order was quite last minute ! Will definitely be returning for extra kits and Prosoccer will be our kit supplier of choice for next season too ! Glenbuck Juniors FC

We have now looked into this and can see that the goods you purchased were a non-stocked item that needed to be ordered from our supplier, as stated in our terms and conditions, that you would have agreed to at the time of purchase.
We were advised by our supplier on Friday 06/09/2024, the items you ordered were not available and we emailed you the same day to inform you of this and offer you an alternative.
You replied on Friday 06/09/2024 at 22.21 (10.21pm) that you would like a refund.
As are closed from Friday at 16.30 (4.30pm) until Monday at 9.00am, your email would not have been read and replied to until Monday 09/09/2024, to which we emailed to confirm we would refund you.
It states in our terms and conditions ‘We will refund all monies paid to us by you within 14 days.’
As we agreed to the refund on Monday 09/09/2024, we had up to Monday 23/09/2023 to complete this transaction.
We received an email from you on Tuesday 17/09/2024 and we replied to confirm the refund had been completed, we also confirmed the details of where the refund had been processed to.
Therefore the full refund was processed within the time frame as per our terms and conditions and as quoted in the sale of goods act.

Avoid!
Really disappointed with the product and customer service. Ordered a kit for work team and what was delivered would barely fit an under 10s team! The size guide absolutely is not accurate. Contacted them and very dismissive, said I had correct sizes and should have ordered samples, didn't even respond to my last email. If you have a spare couple of hundred pounds to lose, then this is the company for you!

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our customer service.
After you contacted us about the kits, we notified our supplier and they requested you return the kits to us, in order for us to check the sizes against their size chart, as they confirmed they had not had any problems with the sizes of these kits.
An email was sent to you explaining this and requesting the kits be returned for examination.
We then sent another email to you on 31st August 2024, as we were still waiting for the kits to be returned or an acknowledgement to our emails.
If you return the kits we can take this matter up with our supplier, if there is a problem with the sizes.
