Signed up for a trial and I charged over 180 euro in three months and I did not use the service.

This company does not send you a monthly statement/receipt or any notification that they are about to charge your bank account. This is not fair to the consumer.

It is not possible to cancel it from your account and you require to send them an email.

There is no easy way of finding how I can cancel it from my account.

Simple, easy to understand for non-tech, shared and web based tool - all you need for high level running business plans. People often times mix running projects on top level with super detailed project plans you use on low level. Therefore - I consider this tool as very good for C-Suite and their strategic plans.

I find ProjectManager very effective in tracking multiple projects at once. We are in the IBS (In-Building Solutions) business, installing small cell sites inside malls, hotels, resorts, goverment buildings, etc. At any given time, there are 10, 15 or more small projects in progress. By equipping each project team leader with a mobile device to key in the progress of the each task in a real-time fashion, I fell totally in control of the business. Communication has greatly improved because every time I talk to my team leaders, we are looking at the same page (exactly the same Gantt Chart updated real-time). ProjectManager's user interface is attractive, intuitive and fun to use.

System is always available and ready when needed, able to generate or update my small project schedules. My ability to adjust schedule to print and save for windows of a project as yet to be achieved. I am sure te system will not able to corollate to PDF or printed. Sometimes not looking to print full schedule.

I've been subscribed to PM for quite some time. I found it very useful. I downloaded many templates and read number of useful articles. I support PM.com full speed ahead. Recommended!

The tool can still be improved here and there, but Projectmanager team is very helpful and patient on meeting customer requests.

I signed up for a free trial, as I did with Monday.com and Smartsheet. Having recently received my PMP, I wanted to browse the PMIS options. Smartsheet and Monday.com let my trial run out, but ProjectManager.com took $375 out of my bank account and refuses to return it. This business practice is not in alignment with PMI code of ethics. Currently reporting Projectmanager.com to BBB, PMI and letting the world know, this is not a legit company. Update: I have contacted the BBB, this company is not accreddited and has a pattern of complaints regarding being overcharged for a subscription.

I really love ProjectManager.com. It has all the functionalities a PM can dream of. It is quite easy to use.

However, I would love if the dashboards could be customized (e.g. define new indicators).

The response from Brent at Support was very timely and directly on point. I feel good about recommending projectmanager.com to my students and colleagues in business because of the people you have in support. There are lots of PM software platforms out there, but "Service After the Sale" for the "little guy," and even for freeloading academics like me, is a fantastic value add.

We have found the support dreadful and even when not using the product after 2 days trail as its not "fit for purpose" with one single user they you have taken over 300£ from our bank accounts, when we advise them the same day we were told there is a NO refund Policy (My PM did not terminate down to Christmas and Covid Isolation).

Companies like this should NOT be trusted as they can clearly see that it’s not been used and the reason for none cancellation was exceptional . Furthermore they are not communication with us any more regarding this dispute..

I own a number of independent companies and the PM for one of my other companies wanted to try the tool also. I have now band this product from being used in any of my companies.

Project manager challenges me to learn more each day to streamline the work I am doing, thank you for all the great business insight and how to manage all things electronic.

I want to cancel and they make it impossible

I love this program, it works well for me.
Here are a list of the things to work on.
1. Clitches - Sometimes the gantt charts move items randomly - this often means I have to re-align manually some of the lines.
2. Dependancies- I have problems with the Finish/Finish dependancies. I have stopped using them due them not working correctly.
3. I cannot add external contractors as a resource. This becomes a problem when planning over the whole portfolio of projects.
4. I cannot manage to set a baseline program on the gantt chart. On MS project it can be set as a grey line above each line for reference.

Why is there no Mobile APP?
Why can't we have an important task from all projects together?
Why I have to go through all projects to have my action plan?
Please help me if these are available.
