Great Service
We got a quick and detailed response from the customer support and were able to fix the issue ourselves. Support person sent us a follow up e-mail checking if we could fix the issue and offering more solutions in case we didn't. Very Impressed.

Do not use, overpriced!
While the software was nice to try out. I am a student and I was charged $375 for using the 1-month free pass. This is unacceptable and I do not recommend anyone to use this.

They charged me $375 without warning even though I had canceled the trial period.
With no authorisation, no approval and no response to my request for the funds.
I have emailed and called for several days with no response.
I have now filed a report for fraud to the Federal Trade Commission.
PLEASE EVERYONE FILE A POLICE REPORT!

This is scam
This is scam. As other people wrote above they charged $75 without warning and I wasn't even using it. And they blocked option to remove credit card info. I had to get a new creditcard to stop the next charge. They don't answer messages. I'll contact VISA to get me to help me against these croocks.

I tried the trial for them as one user…
I tried the trial for them as one user forgot to cancel which is my fault. But noticed 6 months later they were charging my card $550.00/month for the service still... charging for 15 users
Reached out and they responded saying they canceled my subscription but wouldn’t call me back regarding they 3600.00 dollars in charges
Not responding to my emails or phone calls regarding it. Bad business ethics very disappointed

SCAM
SCAM! Even if you only sign up for 1 account they will bill you for 10 accounts. They cannot be contacted to cancel the subscription. You will not get your money back and it will not be treated as fraudulent as you willingly supplied your card details
Please do not fall into this trap - The software is basic and no use. Please use Microsoft Office

They responded to each of my several email letters promptly and with kindness. I see them as a company of honest folk with reservoirs of kind regards, integrity and hard work. Many thanks to Carly, who delivered the final harbinger of assistance. You can’t imagine the pain I felt emotionally before her email arrived. I called friends and family near and far to share the good news that people like the decisionmakers at Projectmanager.com exist. Why? They did all they could to reasonably resolve my issues. It renewed my belief in hard work, honesty and good habits.

Lack of pricing transparency
Lack of transparency in their pricing has clearly led to some angry, confused people including me. I missed cancelling my trial expecting to be out of pocket by $20USD, I found a charge for $200USD on my card and have had no explanation as to why this is. There is absolutely no information on the website to suggest that the software would cost this. Stick to MS project, it is a far better and cheaper project management package, for $200UD you can get 10 months of Project. To say I am upset and disappointed is an understatement.

We always send a reminder email 7 days before a 30-day free trial expires, as to avoid any unwanted charges. Within these 30 days, users can cancel their account at any point by navigating to Account >> Billing and press Cancel Account in the bottom right corner.
As far as the amount charged, it appears as though you selected a team membership trial, which is a minimum of 10 user licenses at a rate of $20/month, per user. This is the reason for the $200 charge.
