Homebuyers survey - Fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic end to end service from Gordon at Project and Survey. I required a Homebuyers survey done for a property I was purchasing. The report was meticulous and very detailed. Other interested parties such as builders have commented on how thorough it was and the communication to explain the various aspects of the report was done with care and attention. All at a competitive price as well. Excellent. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service! We couldn't be happier with the survey, Gordon was professional, friendly and swift. The survey was completed very quickly and the report was provided to us within 24hrs. The report was thorough and insightful. We would highly recommend Gordon and the Project & Survey team.

Gordon did a sterling job on the Survey…
Gordon did a sterling job on the Survey of a 4 bed semi detached property. Very thorough, happy to discuss the results and investigate in more detail, answer questions and respond to queries. Would recommend again. A service level above the usual RICS surveyors out there.

Outstanding Service, Highly Recommend
We are first time buyers and we recently engaged Project & Survey Ltd for an L2 survey on a property we are in the process of purchasing, and we couldn't be more impressed with the service provided by Gordon. From start to finish, Gordon demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and dedication.
We appreciated his flexibility and great communication and he made the entire process seamless and understandable for us. Gordon took the time to explain every aspect of the survey in a way that we could grasp, patiently addressing all our questions and concerns.
The survey was completed promptly and was comprehensive with a great attention to detail. Gordon called as soon as he completed the survey to provide us with an update and overview of his findings.
We are so glad we chose Project & Survey Ltd for our survey as we received exceptional service and we would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of thorough and reliable surveying expertise.
