Excellent Ladies Bike!
The website was very explanatory about the bike & its features. Anything I wasn’t sure about, I was able to clarify by an online chat with the store.
The bike itself has exceeded my expectations, it’s the right size for me, comfortable & easy to ride. I also love the colour, the large display and its ease of use. I mostly use it as a push bike but love the option to use its power to help me up the odd hill. I’m over 50!

My experience was great, I had no knowledge of bicycles but with just phone calls I was able get help from progear stuff. Eventually I bought my bike which arrived within specified time and I like it.

Great bik.
Bike is great. I had some problem with the assembly instructions and contacted the call centre. They were helpful but the link they sent was for a different bike and it did not solve the problem I was having attaching the front mudguard. I just had to remove a nut - but I did have to work this out myself.

Hello Antoinette,
Tyres should have that arrow marking that will serve as a guide on how to properly assemble the bike. If the bike did not come with such, it must have been an oversight during production which we will need to address. One of our team members will reach out to you to get more details and see how we can turn this experience to a good one.

It was so easy to order this online
It was so easy to order this online, compared to going into a bicycle store and being told what I want.
The bike arrived in a timely manner.
Assembly was a breeze.
Just make sure you go through all the nuts and bolts even the pre assembled ones and give a good tighten.
After the first week go over them again just as a precaution.
Yes I would buy another bike from Progear.
Thanks great job team.
