Thankyou for explaining everything to me and my son about the bike parts, my son also really appreciated the experience. Very happy with the bike.

We bought FLAME and BLAZE for myself and my husband two weeks ago. We went out for family bike riding with my two boys 4y & 7y and rode about 15km along the bike trails in Brisbane. It was nice and smooth to manoeuvre the bike and we are happ with the price and quality :) Bikes are too expensive thesedays and we didn't want to spend too much on them. But these Horacio bikes were affordable and I forgot to ask his name (the owner at Hillcrest shop) he explained so much details of it. He was very friendly and explained every single little details of the bikes and spent good amount of time with us, so we didn't feel too pressured to rush our purchase, which was so good. I am happy overall and happy to come back for another purchase when my kids need bigger bikes :)

Most importantly, I found the customer service informative, detailed and very helpful in making my decision to purchase the Serenio Carbon Belt drive electric bike with Bafang sensor automatic gear system and motor. Also, after sale service from the Horacio team was beyond my expectations, and, which, other bicycle companies would do well to imitate.

The Serenio bike I purchased, after a few anomalies, has performed flawlessly, with a very quiet, smooth automatic drive that handled level and hilly areas with ease. Very impressed. When I had my first test ride, I thought I was in E-bike heaven.

I highly recommend and commend Horacio bicycles to anyone looking for high quality E-bikes along with, and most importantly, reliable after purchase assistance from a dedicated service, management and repair team.

What a great experience, friendly, informative and professional.
Needed an E-bike for one of my kids who didn't have experience with multi-speed bikes. I came across the belt drive 3 speed automatic changer while searching the internet, and it seemed like it would be a good fit if it worked as described.
Spoke to Andy in store, he got me to take one for a test ride and wow..!
I hadn't ridden a bike for many years, but within seconds I had a big smile on my face and was excited by how well the system felt, it felt smooth and natural but with the added power of the electric motor. It didn't feel pushy or uncontrolled. The seat pole with suspension was also fantastic at taking that sting out of sharp bumps or riding over driveway edges.
It was everything I was looking for. Everything seemed of great quality. Obviously I can't speak of long term experience, but there was certainly nothing of concern that I could see.
Would highly recommend at least test riding this Horiaco/Bafang auto belt drive system for anyone looking for smooth and easy.

I bought a 2026 Elita step through Ebike and a 2025 Elita Ebike demonstrator. After having spent several hours now on each bike they feel solidly built and are a pleasure to ride. Due to their direct to consumer selling model Horacio bikes are able to offer bikes with excellent spec levels and quality components at prices that other bike makers and retailers cannot match. I highly recommend them.

Andy is extremely supportive and the service is by far the best I’ve seen. Quality of the ThunderX is great, and fast delivery from original purchase date. Andy went beyond expectations by guiding me through all the functions, and ensure the bike was 100% mechanically with all operating equipment functioning correctly. I can wait until the 2027 line of bikes hit the floor, as I’ll be back for sure and excited for Horacio Bikes. One happy customer.

We have recently purchased a push bike for my son. We are very happy with the service provided, price and quality of the bike. The owner is very thorough with the checks and ensured that the bike is in very good condition before we left the shop. I highly recommend this place and very much value for money.

Only issues, front brake cable routed incorrectly,
easy fix, kickstand "may" interfere with rear disc rotor, when closed.

Troubled delivery, good product and customer support.
Sent the wrong bike the first time, however it was handled very swiftly. Great customer support after the purchase. Actual bike was great value (blaze M1 cues)

Great before and after sales service from Sharon at Horaciobikes. Bike arrived on time, well packed and undamaged. Easy to assemble using the included instructions and tools. Seems well made and good value for money, including some reasonably premium parts for the price. Only had it for a couple of weeks but very happy so far.
