I had a terrible experience with Pro Dental Clinic. I initially agreed to a treatment but changed my mind, and now, coming to almost four months later, they still haven’t refunded my payment of over £3,000. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, they’ve done nothing but dodge my requests. Each time I contact them, I’m met with excuses, and the staff seems to have no idea what’s going on. They’re always rushing me off the phone and promise that a manager will contact me, but that never happens.

I’m now out of pocket, with interest accruing on my credit card, and they’ve shown no urgency or professionalism in resolving this matter. It looks like I’ll have to take legal action to get my money back. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this clinic and would not recommend their services to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID

So grateful for Dr Desai! I had composite veneers on 16 of my teeth and they look better than I could have ever imagined. After coming across Dr Desai’s work on instagram and meeting her for my initial consultation, I knew I wanted to go to her for my treatment. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, however Dr Desai and Dr Miril made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. They really are a great team.

During my follow up appointment I wanted the shape of my front teeth slightly altered.. I was being quite fussy to be honest as they were perfect. However, Dr Desai was more than happy to make the amendment for me which I really appreciated.

I’m absolutely in love with my new teeth and cannot thank Dr Desai enough for the confidence she has given me.

Over the moon with the bonding I had done. I had a brace done here a few years ago and recently decided I'd like to have porcelain bonding.

I would like to share my recent experience with Dr. Azar at ProDental. I have followed Dr. Azar’s work for a while now and I am a fan of his work. In January, I received my treatment with Doctor Azar which was 8 top arch bonding composites in the natural colour. The colour is absolutely perfect and I truly love it. Dr. Azar is so polite and accommodating, his attention to detail is amazing . The only adjustment I wanted on my follow-up appointment was a little more space in between my teeth, for flossing and he was more than happy to make that change. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Dr. Azar at ProDental.

The friendly atmosphere they created as a team instantly put me at ease, considering how daunting a visit to the dentist can be. Dr. Desai's gentle approach and unwavering focus on ensuring my comfort throughout the entire process were truly remarkable. Miril was always by my side, providing constant support and making sure I felt 100% comfortable at all times. The composite bonding procedure itself was quick, and I was thrilled with the final results, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Kripa Desai and Miril for their exceptional skills, compassionate care, and the friendly environment they foster. They are an outstanding team! I contacted to inquire about bonding. They stated that they had a last-minute appointment the next day. They registered me as a patient. Later that night, I developed a fever and began vomiting. They refused to give me my £50 refund. I was willing to reschedule when I felt better. They kept insisting that they will get the manager to contact me. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently received dental treatment at PRO dental Harley Street and would highly recommend this dentist. I had the pleasure of being treated by Margi, who displayed exceptional professionalism and helped alleviate my anxiety. Throughout the process of wearing braces, she provided excellent care and attention. Her dedication and hard work resulted in outstanding final results, greatly improving the appearance of my teeth. I am sincerely grateful for the assistance provided by Margi and her amazing dental nurse, Ikran. PRO dental Harley Street is undoubtedly the recommended destination for dental care.

I had composite bonding on 20 teeth with Dr Hussein (10 each top and bottom). I can definitely recommend her, she has given me totally amazing smile. She takes the time to get everything exactly right and is REALLY good at her job. I was worried about the procedure at first but I'm super happy with the result. Definitely 5 stars

I had been looking for a really long time for a good clinic to do my composite bonding and I'm so happy that I chose prodental. The staff were professional and Dr Desai did an absolutely brilliant job with my teeth. I'm over the moon with my new amazing smile! Dr Azhar was very friendly and welcoming and I immediately felt comfortable at every appointment. He has a kind professional attitude and ensured I had all the information I needed. After searching for a reputable company I could trust, I came across prodental and I'm so glad I did. From starting my journey getting composite bonding they have been nothing short of brilliant! The advice I was given was professional and even advised me that having both top and bottom arches completed with composite bonding was not in my favour, when other companies have just seen pound signs and advised me both will be fine. I'd highly recommend prodental!!!
