Scam company.
Using an address 100s use as a forwarding site.

Trustpilot score on the website does not match.
Street view of the location claimed to be the shop or store does not show any sign of this retailer
However their WhatsApp support seems to answer. Asked few questions and they replied
Cendre home also exist on the SHOP application, not sure if that gives anyone relief or assurance.
Anyway i got SHIPPED status yesterday regarding my order

Scam company. Ordered an air conditioning unit. I did receive an order confirmation and tracking number but the tracking number linked to the package could not be found with Post NL. Company states they have thousands of trust pilot reviews but clearly only has 3. Contacted the company via email - no response to date. Started a charge back with my bank against them. AVOID!

Paid for product received shipping notifications for two weeks time. Keep you updated

I placed and paid for an order on July 1, 2026. The payment was immediately taken from my bank account, but I never received an order confirmation or payment confirmation by email.

I have contacted customer support several times by email but have received no response. The website claims that customer service is available 24/7, yet there appears to be no other way to reach them.

After payment, an order number was briefly displayed on the website. However, when I enter that order number into their chatbot, it says the order cannot be found.

Another major concern is that the website displays what appears to be a Trustpilot rating, but I could not find a corresponding profile or reviews on Trustpilot. This made the displayed rating seem misleading to me.

At the time of writing this review, I have paid for my order but have received:

No order confirmation
No payment confirmation
No response from customer support
No shipping information or tracking number

I hope the company will respond and resolve this issue quickly. Until then, I advise potential customers to be cautious before placing an order.

This company includes a Trustpilot review score that doesnt exist in TrustPilot (currently 4.7 "excellen t", and they include the stars in the style of TrustPilot to make you believe the reference) but when I actually came here to verify, THERE'S NOR "ONE" REVIEW available (I will be the first)!

My experience: I bought a Dreo Turbocool and paid, but when I saw their "Turbocool" device is npot a Dreo at all (they just use the name of the Dreo device for an alternative product/dubious brand), then I contacted them to annulate the order. Another reason is that they ship from United States and I live in The Netherlands, which will make the shipping costly, long and unsure whether the device will actually arrive and uin which condition. They didnt reply to my request to cancel and took away my money from the credit card even if I asked 5 minutes after finishing the order that the money wasnt taken due to my cancellation (also 5 minutes after purchase).

Be VERY CAREFUL with this company.
