Loved it really friendly and welcoming.

I had composite bonding done on my top arch and honestly cannot recommend Pro Dental Clinic more. The team were professional and friendly throughout and did exactly what I wanted. So pleased with my smile and won’t hesitate to go back for my lower arch or the other services Pro Clinic have to offer.

I had composite bonding done with Dr Desai and Miril and it was honestly the best decision I’ve ever made! They made me feel so welcome and at ease from start to finish, helping me achieve my perfect smile. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about enhancing their smile!

I had composite bonding from another dentist previously which was ok, as I’m a perfectionist I could notice a few things I didn’t like over time. I got in touch with dr azhar as I seen his work over social instagram, I had a consultation with him, he was attentive and understood what I wanted. He perfected the shape and added another 4 composite on my back teeth and they look great. Personally I think dr azhar is one of the best around at doing composite bonding and I fully recommend going with him. Overall pro dental was a great experience thank you Sam

I recently had composite bonding treatment at Pro Dental Clinic with Dr. Razan, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and honestly exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Razan was incredible, she made sure the treatment was completely pain-free and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The results turned out perfectly, even better than I imagined. She’s truly skilled and has an amazing eye for detail.

The entire staff were just as wonderful, super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The atmosphere in the clinic is calm and modern, which made the whole experience even more comfortable.

If you’re thinking about getting composite bonding or any other dental treatment, I genuinely can’t recommend Pro Dental Clinic and Dr. Razan enough. They deserve all the stars!

I had four implants with Pro Dental starting in 2017, it took around three years to complete but alas, at the end of the treatment, just before Covid it became obvious that the dental technician had impacted my sinuses. This has lead to all kinds of problems and I am now under Addenbrookes Hospital awaiting surgery. I also learnt afterwards that the dentist in question had, subsequently, gone to prison and had been was struck off, so be very careful of this practice.

Visited prodental Spanish place today for a composite bonding consultation, exam and hygiene clean. I met with the Dr and she was very pleasant and thorough with my cleaning and explaining the in’s and outs of the composite bonding process. Hygiene was pain free and teeth feel nice and silky. Looking forward to my next appointment to start my treatment. See you soon :)

I paid £4,000 for Invisalign treatment, yet the desired results were not achieved. At the end of the treatment, I was given just one pair of retainers, which I was instructed to wear 24 hours a day for the first six months and then at night indefinitely. After only a month of wearing them, the retainers cracked down the middle. When I enquired about a replacement, I was quoted an absurd £300 for just the top retainer.

The man at the reception desk responded by insisting it was "impossible" for the retainers to crack and claimed he had never heard of such a thing happening before—although, ironically, other reviews from clients mention similar issues with their retainers cracking. Oddly enough, he does seem well-acquainted with patients blaming their dogs for eating their retainers. (Maybe he should spend less time documenting dog-related incidents and more time addressing actual product issues.) For the record, these retainers are made of thin, lightweight plastic—so yes, they can break. His dismissive and rude attitude over the phone was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

This is my first review, and I don’t write them lightly. However, I feel compelled to warn others. While the clinic has many glowing reviews, I advise caution. Many of these reviews are questionable, as the clinic offers free treatments in exchange for positive feedback—I was personally offered this deal. On top of that, the clinic requires patients to include the name of their dentist in their reviews. While this might seem like a way to add a personal touch, it also serves to create the illusion of authenticity. The number of overly positive, name-specific reviews only deepens the suspicion that these reviews are not genuine.

Finally, it’s worth mentioning that the clinic has a habit of responding to negative reviews by claiming they "cannot find the reviewer on their database." Let me save you the trouble—yes, I am a patient at this clinic. This response tactic is not only dishonest but also insulting to those who have had legitimate grievances.
