I was looking for something different and the multicoloured textile sheathed flex was exactly what I was looking for to liven up our table lamps. The web site was easy to navigate and delivery only took a couple of days.

Cancelled my order without an explanation, tried to contact them to see what had happened or if they can complete my order with a different product but have had no reply. I've now had to go elsewhere and pay for express delivery to ensure the job can be completed in time

On receipt of your order, we advised via email that there was an error and the order was incorrectly processed, which was the reason we processed your refund straight away, which you responded to. To mention that you have not received any reason for the cancellation is incorrect. As a gesture of good will for the inconvenience of having to re-place your order, we sent you a custom order form with further discount which you should have received to your registered email with us. If you would like to place an order with us going forward, we will send you a discount code to use on anything across our store.
