1 star is too much for these shysters! They have a return policy on their main page but then a hidden return policy within the product page that most people would have no idea to search for. This made my ergonomically defective $800 chair a final sale that I am unable to even exchange. Their customer service is worthless and extremely unwilling to help in such a distressing situation! Do NOT do business with this unethical company! This was my first and last experience with these crooks!

Very good price. Was able to speak to customer service eventually even though it sometimes forwards to voicemail. Got item super fast and order was accurate, undamaged.

I like what they are offering, nice stuff. At this point, I am concerned because they have had our money since last week, 9 days at this point. The pieces still indicate ordered but not shipped. Their customer service told me earlier in the week that it would ship by Thursday or Friday, hasn't happened. Their reported 7 to 10 day shipping did not account for 9 to 12 days just to ship the order. Hoping I haven't made a mistake, will update if indeed it ships.

I ordered a table with a "3-5 day" delivery. After about 10 days, I called. The one that was in stock was already marked for someone else. After 18 days, i called back. Now it's "in port." I said I wanted to cancel the order, so I started a ticket. Their site says they will answer in 24-48 hours. After 72 business hours, I messaged again. Again, zero response. I then call again--Now, it's "been shipped" from the warehouse, but it can't be found. I finally told the guy I was going to notify AmEx and have the charge reversed (he told me I wasn't able to cancel if it had already been shipped). Finally, the next day I get a response saying it hadn't shipped and blamed it all on the manufacturer. I'm not sure what sort of shady business this is but stay away!

I ordered my dining set and living room set from Sundial Home and had a great experience. Delivery was on time with fully assembly at home. Also got a promotion code for discount.

I ordered and received an expensive Sideboard. The top was apparently intentionally gouged to the point where any rational buyer would reject the finish as defective. Customer service refused to help. Also, the doors would not close correctly without scraping the wood and customer service would not help with that either. These people must order things from other sources and have them shipped but won't take responsibility for defects. I give these people as bad a review as possible. Do not buy from them!

They stated that purchase from them would result in delivery between 8-17 days and would be dispatched between December 16th and 17th, however the actual shipping date is today, December 22nd, and it did not arrive within the given time frame, which is 27 days is the earliest but could be later! They are a dishonest firm; I repeatedly asked them to cancel the order, but they disregarded me.

The pricing was very competitive, and the product itself is attractive. However, delivery took longer than expected, and upon arrival and unboxing, we noticed that the doors were slightly unlevel on the hinges and there were a few dents in the iron finish that are noticeably visible.

Love the product. It looked just like the picture. Item was timely. Customer support was helpful.

Read the fine print before purchasing anything from Sundial. I bought a ceiling fan with yellow blades. When the room was painted, the blade color just didn't work. I requested and exchange (within a week of delivery) and was informed that company policy prohibited returns after 24 hours. The customer service agent I spoke with was 4/10 empathetic, but offered no solution or slack. I could not be connected to a supervisor. Yes, Sundial is a bit less expensive than Wayfair, but their return policy is horrific.

We ordered the two recliners from Sundial because their price was the best and they are a company close to our home. The recliners we delivered on time and in perfect condition.

It was great, communication all the way, answering my calls and questions, i was hesistant per other reviews, but they really were available to communicate with me. which is very mush appreciated.

I was concerned about purchasing directly from the internet because I like to verify the quality and color. It passed both. Great quality at an affordable price (with the discount), delivery timeline met my expectations, and the delivery was smooth. Other stores sold the sofa for @ $1000+ more and the delivery timeline was up to 4-5 months. Only downside is Sundial does not offer a warranty for the sofa.

The pictures arrived perfectly wrapped, they are stunning. Would definitely order from them again-couldn’t be happier. Also the price was phenomenal based on the same picture at other retailers.

We were sent the wrong product by the manufacturer and after dozens of calls and emails we have not received our credit. They continually tell me that we will receive an email confirming the credit and that it will be processed within a week. Please save yourself the headache of purchasing from them. They are a nightmare to deal with!
