I bought 2 lights which were in stock paid for them then received an email telling me they weren’t in stock due to an oversight and the supplier had discontinued them and how would I like to proceed I initially asked if they had an alternative no reply so I sent an email requesting a refund not received an acknowledgment email nor a refund

Highly recommend Prisma Lighting. I asked a question on their online chat really late at night and they replied! Great service and my purchase arrived really quick. Will definitely use them again.

Really quick service
Really quick service. Good quality. Sadly will have to return item as ordered an xxl by mistake. Returns appear straightforward.
