I placed an order through BooHoo.com and several of the items are distributed through PLT. I returned some of the items to BooHoo with no issue, yet some items are meant to be sent directly to Pretty Little Thing. The returns portal does not recognise the order number, Postcode or email address that I received in my confirmation email from PLT, and attempting to speak to customer services has been incredibly difficult. BooHoo won't help me and the only answer I have received in the whole week was a response to "contact Debenhams"!!!!! Absolutely shocking behaviour so I am contacting my credit card to cancel the payment.

They have no customer support emails which is so unprofessional, you can only iMessage, Facebook or instagram and they never answer. Lousy customer service

Worst customer service ever. There is a missing item from my order and I have sent countless messages with no response. Someone ended up calling me, and asked me to install an app to supposedly get a refund which sounds like a scam as he then asked me to click on a « send money » icon. I strongly recommend never ordering from PLT again, as its CS is non existent.

I am fuming with PrettyLittleThing. I returned my item WEEKS ago and still haven’t received my refund. They refuse to contact me, ignore my messages, and basically pretend the issue doesn’t exist. The customer service is non-existent.
What makes it even worse is that they kept telling me they would check the CCTV to confirm the return, and then never did it. Now they’re hiding behind the excuse that it’s been “over a month” so they “can’t do anything” — even though THEY were the ones dragging it out and ignoring me in the first place!
PrettyLittleThing have lied, they’ve wasted my time, and they’ve effectively stolen my money. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, dishonest behaviour from a company. Absolutely shocking. I will never order from them again and I’d warn anyone else to think twice before trusting them with your money.

I placed and order and have been chasing this since order 126-3161195-4915708, they keep telling g me it was delivered on 13th November but cannot provide proof of delivery, I have contacted them numerous times for a refund but they keep fobbing me off, very disappointing
No customer service agents
Ordered coats from Debenhams that were delivered by and have to be returned to PLT. The order reference does not work on returns portal and cannot get a response from customer services despite trying on several different platforms. Notifying you I wish to cancel my contract under Consumer Rights Act and return the goods. I see I am not the only one.

I haven't received my order despite Evri marking it as delivered, strange considering it was to be delivered tona locker yet they haven't sent collection details for the locker. Ie Qr code, pin number! This was to be delivered 'next day' delivery, ordered on 23rd November and still not got it. Was told to wait til 4th December and contact them again. Contacted again yesterday and had no response, no response from Evri either. Customer service is non existent, but they can post plenty on socials advertising competitions! Yes give away everyones money that yous have for orders they have not received!

Does their customer service exist?! I have a return that hasn’t been processed properly and have been charged for items I’ve sent back and no longer own. I’ve tried to contact all week with no response. It’s appalling. Will never been shopping here again

tried contacting support multiple times over a month ago and still haven’t had a response. I’m missing an item- it never arrived- and two of the gym sets I ordered were completely see through which I only found out after wearing them in public! Utterly humiliating and unacceptable! When tracking it using the facebook site today, it said that my parcel hadn’t been shipped yet & was not out for delivery. major piss take as what is the point of paying for next day delivery ????? sort it out !

I have been waiting for over two weeks for information about three refunds.
I’ve emailed and messaged on every single platform they offer and all I am sent to is an AI bot who repeats the same useless information which is also incorrect to me asking me to wait until a certain date to contact them.
I waited until said date and contacted them, again on multiple times and yet again I’m passed onto a AI bot a not a human customer service advisor.
I can’t seem to get through to anyone, there is no number, there’s not an online chat you can go onto to speak to a human. They are seemingly ignoring everyone looking at their social media comments
Im out of pocket for clothes I’ve returned within my time frame, yet PLT can’t stick to their own terms and conditions and refund you within their time frames.
I’m sure I’ll be chasing for another day in a row because nobody seems to want to help you or refund you.
It may have to be raised with the bank at this point.
Stay clear
Add two orders minutes apart. One is still missing, tracking is unavailable now. The second came. But with items wrongly sized or made. Plus with an item sent out in the completely wrong size to what I ordered. Have to pay to return when they’ve made the mistake. And they won’t reply to emails nor messages. I’ve only ever ordered once before here during Covid. Safe to say it’s best to stay clear lol

Absolutely appalling refund times! I returned my item over 3 weeks ago, had an email to say they received my item yet I’ve still not been refunded. They are happy to take our money straight away, 3 weeks it’s an absolute joke to wait and I’m still waiting. Tried contacting customer care and it’s pretty much non existent. Also shocked how they sneak a 1.99 fee on the order. I will not be buying anything from here again.

PLT absolutely joke of brand, poorest customer service ever!
App is a complete joke, move like it has a bug. Placed an order last night immediately realised that I had an old address in there. 1st no option like other brands to update with in 10mins, limited customer service options. Ended up speaking with AI over WhatsApp, told me cannot make amendments, cannot cancel. I must visit the old property and try collect the parcel. An hopefully have faith that they new owners will send back if anything. Baring in mind this parcel still hasn’t been shipped or ready for delivery yet. Couldn’t make sense of AI and it stated it was passing the query over to a human, 16+ hours later still haven’t heard from them.

Closed my account due to high returns - due to poor quality and sizing issues I do return but cannot believe it was closed because of this without warning.
Was given £30 gift voucher they then refused to refund me - was from my friends for my birthday.
Technically stole £30 from us and it’s not in there terms and conditions to do this.
