1: ALL THE SIZING IS OFF! PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF THE SAME PRODUCT IN THE SAME SIZE ARE NOW COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN SIZING AND QUALITY - WAITING FOR £150 REFUND.

Order Delivered Late to Wrong Person – Refund Denied
Paid for next day delivery with confirmation of delivery by 14th Dec. Order was still processing on Sunday, courier hadn’t received it by evening, yet customer service promised delivery by 9pm. Parcel arrived late on 15th Dec after I’d moved out and was handed to someone else. PLT refused a full refund and tried to shift responsibility. Very disappointing service — don’t pay for expedited delivery.

I ordered a coat paid extra for next day delivery on 2nd December I am still waiting for the coat, it is 16 December, I am getting no reply from messaging PLT, so I am £58.99 down with no refund, I have taken it up with my bank & raised a dispute.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Made a large order and returned 3 items. They have only refunded me for the cheapest item and have been ignoring me for a week. I have proof of posting and delivery plus weight of the parcel but still no one helps. So unfair and feel completely robbed. Avoid.
If you want a response go to Resolver- the ombudsman
I ordered a hoodie and tracksuit bottoms in size medium (I'm a size 12). The hoodie fits and is of good quality. However, the matching bottoms are 2 sizes too big!
I was unable to return as their return portal consistently says "no couriers available".
When I got a response- only after complaining to Resolver, PLT admitted the courier service doesn't work for them, and sent me a return label
Over all, the return process has taken 5 weeks, 3 complaints to Resolver and I'm still waiting for a response to get my annual delivery fee back
PLT will- eventually, respond to your FB message, but there will be zero interaction- they will only respond once to your question, then they are GONE!
I never received any response on Insta or by email!

Prices gone up, service gone down
I ordered for an event, next day delivery on a Tuesday, parcel came on Saturday so I didn’t have any use for what I’d ordered anymore. I returned three items and these crooks are only acknowledging one item in the return. I don’t know what to do because trying to get through to them is a strenuous task, PLT has gone downhill and I will most definitely choose to shop elsewhere in ghe future.

Poor customer service, DO NOT honor their next day delivery service, don't bother to pay extra...this was my 3rd and last order with this company..I will stick to Asos..
Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service, cannot get through to anybody via phone, email, WhatsApp, text, Facebook or Instagram. I returned 2 items over a month ago and still no refund. I will never buy from this company again and I think Debenhams should stop working with them also as I bought the items through their website!!!
Honestly
Honestly, I'm so confused how they are still allowed to trade at this point. They are running a scam of their own. They took almost £400 out of my account, delivered nothing, and, to this day, I'm being ignored on every front to get my own money back. They don't even have an actual customer service department they just create a separate instagram account to redirect the bad complaints from their official page.
Shipping is awful
Ordered an item off pretty little thing over a week ago and still hasn’t been shipped. Decided to get the same item again but next day delivery and it’s been two days and they still haven’t shipped that either, customer service is just a chat bot so I can’t get hold of anyone either for a refund or help. DO NOT BUY OFF HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR CLOTHES DELIVERED QUICKLY.

Left a 1 star review because they just can't get it right. 4 dresses returned on the day they were delivered to me. I have the tracking number as proof these dresses have been returned. After leaving my 1 star review, coincedently I get an email 2 hours later stating I will be refunded for all 4 of my dresses. The amount they are refunding back is a partial refund and I am still down by 1 dress. Guess this just adds to my evidence. At least they have acknowledged all four dresses have been returned in the email, they just can't seem to do the math. My order was £98.99 and i'm being refunded £74.99 Just save yourself and avoid.

Would never order again
Would never order again! Received the wrong item and sent it back but never received a refund for the original item I had ordered. Contacted all of their chats, instagram and Facebook but never able to resolve my issue. If you ever intend on sending items back do not order from PLT.
Customer service is diabolical
Customer service is diabolical. I placed an order and paid £5.99 for next day delivery. I noticed straight away that the wrong address had auto populated and contacted customer service via iMessage straight away. The only responses I got were from AI just saying they had already placed my order and there was nothing they could do - I had paid with klarna and it was saying pending so I know they hadn’t began processing it. You can speak to a person, their only communication platforms are via iMessage or social media. I have not bought from them before and I will not in the future. What a joke - would never have this problem with others
I received the same faulty vest twice
I received a vest from PrettyLittleThing that arrived with a rip. I was told I could return it free of charge in exchange for a non-faulty item. However, no return label was provided, so I had to pay to send it back myself. I then had to purchase the vest again, incurring yet another postage fee. Despite this, I have now been sent the exact same vest I returned, with the rip still in the same place. On top of that, I paid for next-day delivery, which arrived a day late. This situation has been completely unacceptable from start to finish.
Shocking
Shocking, shocking company. I have been battling for a month now for 2 refunds totalling nearly £80.
They have been giving me the runaround. First saying my refund went in my bank nearly 4 weeks ago for one return - it didn't- then saying there was a problem with my refund and that I'd opted for 'store credit' - I hadn't - and they have now put refund number one in my PLT account! Over £50 I do not want to spend with them. Refund number 2, that was actually returned first they simply keep saying is processing! I have been conversing with them numerous times over the last 4 weeks and getting nowhere. I've now gone to 'resolver' and shall be taking PLT to the small claims court if they don't get MY money back in my bank. I have spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years and this is shocking customer service. You can't speak to, or email anyone. Just Instagram messages they rarely reply to, and then they lie. I am not alone. I am on a PLT complaints group on Facebook and there are many many others having the same issue, not getting their refunds. Absolutely unacceptable.
Diabolical
Ordered four of the same dress due to realising I had used the wrong address and that I wouldn’t get it delivered in time. Three dresses I paid for next day delivery and in the event only one was delivered the next day. I ordered the dresses 25 & 28 November, one was delivered today and the other two have not turned up. It’s criminal to use the term ‘customer service’ in any sentence associated with this company.
