First of all I did not purchase anything..today . Spoke to a couple of lovely ladies Thiahh and Mae.. regarding billing, they were lovely, the company itself needs to improve on waiting times on call backs and responding to emails..

Callback lady so helpful!
Calling to get through to someone is near on impossible! You are put straight into a queue which lasts for ages. I chose to do the call back option as was calling on behalf of my grandparents and wanted to try every thing I could. It did take 4 hours to get a call back.
I can’t remember her name, but the lady who called me back was lovely. She was apologetic that my Nan and I had been trying to get through to someone for days. She sorted my issues straight away, even happy to stay on the phone while I messaged my Nan to ask what she wanted to do. I believe she’s quite new to the company - a great asset!

Difficult to get hold of.
Very very very difficult to get hold of!!! Tried yesterday and was on hold for an hour before giving up. Tried again this afternoon and had the same result!
Telephone call with Premier
When premier finally responded to my calls which I have to say took several days! I finally managed to speaker to a representative called Tiahh who helpful although still training she gave me answers to my questions if she was unsure she discussed with her trainer before confirming her answer or clarifying. She was very pleasant and understanding and I wish her every success in her new post I'm sure she will be an asset to the team.

I definitely was thrilled with Ruby. She appeared to solve a long standing issue with billing( PT haven't taken a payment since December). She appeared to solve the problems. I don't know if it's Ruby or the billing department, but once again I am having issues

Landline transfer help
I rang as my elderly parents did not understand the transfer of landline service from analogue to digital and thought they were being scammed. It took a while for the call back but, once I spoke to Belle, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She understood the difficulties in helping elderly parents, arranged for me to be the first point of contact going forward and we agreed a plan for arranging the transfer of the landline to digital. Belle also proposed a slightly lower priced package for the services they use which was appreciated. Thank you for your help Belle.

My mum was an account holder and died…
My mum was an account holder and died last month. They’re the only company I have dealt with who couldn’t deal with the admin involved on one day. They continued to send letters and bills addressed to my mum after I had informed them of her death and these went to her house which was empty. They then charged £165 just to shut her account even under the circumstances of her death. Staff were polite but this is exorbitant and not in keeping with the many other firms and providers I’ve dealt with as mum’s executor. I’d advise you to shop around because these guys leave a bad taste in the mouth.

Yesterday Leanna very kindly called me back and tried to resolve my continuing problem. She listen well, was attentive and investigated as far as she was able before passing the matter on to the finance team to hopefully resolve completely this time.
Leanne has a lovely warm personality and takes a pride in her work and has excellent customer services skills.
