Tiahh helped reduce my Mum's Broadband package by more than £40 a month, explained why it was higher than others, gave me good advice on next steps to help keep the charge as low as possible. Sinead managed to reduce my bill, or rather 2 bills for reasons that are still unclear. She apologised profusely for Premiers error and explained how this will be dealt with. I will be monitoring my bills going forward.

I really appreciate how Mae has dealt with the situation, as we have been receiving mail for a company for the past year. We were both worried that something bad had happened and someone has got my nans address and is scamming her somehow. Mae resolved the situation within 10 minutes of my phone call and we both couldn't be more thankful.

Spoke to Chloe this afternoon reference a mistake on my billing.
Chloe acknowledged immediately that an error had occurred when my package was upgraded. Now it's sorted and adjusted to reflect the new billing. 1st class service from Chloe many thanks. Glad I switched to Premier talk a few years ago.

When people have no choice but to go digital it would make a massive difference if you checked that they have the right connection between phone and Modem instead of having to be without a landline for 2 weeks while waiting for an adaptor to be sent out. To say that I am NOT impressed is an understatement.

Tiahh was able to help me with my query. She was very polite and helpful.
Also, very unusually , I got through strait away.

The person I spoke to was very efficient and hopefully what was agreed will be carried out.

Sinead was very engaging and polite. She explained all options and tried to help with renewing a cheaper contract for my mother. Unfortunately to extricate from her current contract would have cost £150 minimum and £350 if wishing to terminate altogether, which had not been anticipated.
