Excellent!.

Really relaxes me before bed and enables me to have a better nights sleep

Fantastic mat. It's prickly to begin with and it can scratch your skin when you try to get on and off it. But once you actually lie on the mat and pillow... It feels so relaxing and it takes the back pain, shoulder pain, all pains away.

I love pranamat eco products! I have bought a full size mat and a pillow and I use them regularly to relieve back aches and tension they are amazing. Then to top it off I recieved a hand pad for free last year! Brilliant company that rewards loyalty.

I have been using cheaper versions of these mats for several years. Decided to replace and upgrade, was not disappointed. The produce quality was way behold my last mats. The experience was even better, with an increased feeling of relaxed. Yes the ends are much sharper but more effective. Well worth the money, which I see as an investment in my long term health.

The first few uses were a little painful but after a few weeks of half hour sessions a day back pain and shoulder pain was Jon existent. Months later still using it and it's fantastic. Brilliant quality. Timely delivery.

I work at a desk & I am really bad for slouching & having bad posture. Ultimately I always get tense shoulders & a dull ache in my back. I definitely notice a difference when I use this. I wouldn't say it replaces the odd good back massage at the spa altogether, but that's because I like a really intense release.
Note: hurts more when using flat on a floor than on your bed but I think it targets deeper.

I’m afraid that I found it just to sharp to persist with and unfortunately triggered my migraine. What was really disappointing was you can return for a full refund but the cost to return from the uk was £40+ , such a big chunk of the price.

Pranamat is very helpful in relaxing my body after intense exercises.

Bit sad that I couldn't buy a Pranamat micro separately, as I have everything else from the range... however that's a minor concern, as the mats and pillow I do have are so relaxing and so beneficial for my poor aching back, neck and shoulders (also great for staving off a migraine!).

Its really good quality and very effective

Brought this product to try to help my back pain and was reassures by the fact they said you could return in 30 days if not suitable. The mat didn't help me and so I tried to return the item to be told it had to be sent to Latvia at my cost (approx £50). Very disappointed

Not made any difference to aches and pains. Very uncomfortable. Good quality and well made but not for me. Requested return and never revieved contact.

I LOVE my Pranamat Eco! From initial finding these online, doing my research, reading reviews, asking questions on pics, chatting to others in the #PranaFamily it’s been pleasant, happy, easy to gain info and help. Upon ordering (great discount offer obtained) easy to use website/payment system. Emailed to say when my order would arrive. Another email to say the bag was out of stock and would arrive by XX date (arrived early 2 days after Pranamat & pillow)
