Love the mat and how it works to ease my back pain. It took a while to get used to the initial pain but I have almost fallen asleep on it, thats how relaxed it makes you!

Amazing! Fell asleep on it twice! It’s sore but a good sore! Highly recommended! Great for migraines, lower back pain, hip pain! The list is endless! Convinced family members to get one too and don’t settle for a cheaper option!

I love it I was always suffering from back pain and neuralgias but the Pranamat is working for real, from November 2019 (the month I bought that may) I don't suffer, and it is not that painfully any more. :) The best choice of my life

It hurts but it works. After a few minutes it makes me feel so relaxed, when used before bed it helps me sleep and it soothes any back pain or headaches.

Sleep so much better since buying this. No more back or neck ache. So relaxing

Tiny size and price/ quality not adequate

If it wasn't for the postage to return the mat I would have sent it back with the pillow I purchased I have tried it but cannot get on with it.

I bought this for my partner as part of his Christmas presents and he said to give it a five star. Therefore, I am guessing this has worked it’s magic on him.

So glad I purchased this mat! It helps me sleep, unwind and relax tense muscles. It’s amazing!

I bought the prana mat and pillow for my girlfriend as she has severe back issues. It has helped her so much I can’t even tell you, her exact words were ‘it is the best thing I own’. Because of how much it helps with her pain I have also bought her the travel mat so she can easily take it each time we travel.

Was given this last Xmas as a gift from my wonderful son. I have fibromyalgia and my symptoms worsten in winter. Since trying this out, I had seen a gradual improvement in my pain levels and I sleep far better. I feel more positive and not even sure if it's a coincidence or not! Have recommended to others in my community though and they've appreciated it. Very good invention. Very proud of my thoughtful son.

Bought item. Didn’t work for me which is fine however there was no indication where to return it to and as amazon dispatched it I returned it to their returns department. Now I am without a product or my money £130 down :) thanks

I got my pranamat eco and pillow a few months ago. I love it, really feel the difference in how it helps me to relax and feel better each evening. Worth paying the extra for quality.

Strongly recommend. I have been using it now for almost three months and still love it! Helps with headaches and back pain, also - I sleep on it for 30min in the morning and I am a lot more focused during the day.
I have to admit, that for me it has been easy, I always fall asleep and I can sleep or sit on it for an hour easily. However, my husband... after 3 months 2min is still the max he can bare...

I have fibromyalgia and suffer with pain in my hips from having epidural with my 1st child and pelvis weakness with my 2nd child.
I have the mat, pillow and extra small mat.
I use every night before bed which helps to stop restless leg syndrome and muscle stiffness on my legs and night. I use the smaller mat front and back of my hips and stops my pain. The pillow is so comfy. If i didnt have children in bed with me and a whole other person i would 100% sleep on it all night. I also use the smaller mat during the day for back support when sitting on sofa or in the car! Love it. My only concern is the carry bag.. When folding the mat and taking it out again the fabric inside creates a sort of gap. I have tried folding both ways but always does the same thing so try to leave it out flat! It honestly hurts so good and if i get a shooting crippling pain in my arm i just press my arm onto the mat and after a minute its completely gone!
