Needed the invoice copies. No answer from emails. No communication. Bad company to deal with.

Product not fit for purpose. Purchased via Amazon but the company is giving me the run-around for return shipping.

They told Amazon they provided a return shipping label, which is not true.

I have received the ventilator fan , no power its not turning on and i would like to send it back and no response. , am not sure if i can recommend

Am just a girl

Don't bother with this company
Purchased a fan via Amazon no delivery no information, didn't receive this on the day they agreed at the time of sale, then the date changed to the 1st June then it changed to today now they say DPD attempted to deliver it today which was rubbish as I received another item from a reputable supplier at the same time they indicated and now I have to contact DPD and which I have pointed out that it is their responsibility to ensure the goods paid for are delivered as agreed,
No communication or response to my emails and no response regarding a full refund
Don't buy from this company as they have 17% bad reviews and others look suspicious.

Great product,great price,super fast delivery

I recently bought a 12” extractor fan from Power Star and was very impressed with the build quality, low noise level and price. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it as the opening it was intended for proved to be smaller than we thought, so it had to go back.

I received a prompt full refund and found the company to be very pleasant to deal with at every point, so I’m happy to recommend them and their products.

i bought the industrial axial extractor fan, it arrived damaged, worst packaging ever, looks like it was a previously returned item, they taped it up and sent it to me.

there communication is beyond poor,
I ordered this extractor fan in order to carry on with my work doing spray painting,
order was placed the 8th of Oct, the item has been returned and they are still sitting with my money,
no communication, and I have had to spend an additional £200 somewhere else, with a delay in my work costing me even more, ds

I bought a fan that is now being recalled because it's unsafe to use as an explosion proof fan. I was promised a full refund and that a courier will be collecting the fan. It's been well over a month. I've sent multiple emails to which all of them are ignored. Still no one has come to collect the fan and still no refund.
Do not trust this company at all.
