Review of Leiston , Suffolk P.O.
Went to tax vehicle only to be told they don't deal with vehicle tax . Next P.O is 5 miles away in Saxmundham.
Parking is very difficult and way too far for disabled people to walk to . No wonder the P.O is the worst Company I have ever had to use .

Robbed. 100 euros cost me 114 pound. thats called being robbed, it is either their strange rate of exchange or the branch in Shoreham by Sea literally robbed me. Hey, Post Office, you have thieves working for you.

Maple Cross Post Office in Hertfordshire needs to be shut down. I went to send something ‘signed for’ which after 11 days never arrived. If you look at the google reviews, they’re all terrible as it seems the people who run this place are beyond incompetent

My daughter sent parcel from Australia tracked and needed to be signed for .It contained memory Bear made from my late sons clothes .I got confirmation it had been delivered but I didn’t receive it at my address.When I eventually got hold of agent on phone.She said post code on parcel wrong but wouldn’t give me what had been written so I could sort it .No empathy was told to put in a claim no words for this awful person. Eventually I discovered 1 letter was wrong in post code address was correct.All the stress this caused my daughter and myself was of off the scale .Horrible customer services agent .

If you want completely perfunctory (not quite rude but not far off) service, Wickham Post Office provides it. No pleases or thank you's here, just a vague resentment that you are there at all.

So disappointed with current info regarding opening hours. Online info states St Peter St Royal Mail office in Hull is opened up to 18:00. I arrived 16:47 after finishing work at 17:00 rushing through the busy traffic and found post office closed. No one of the customer was inside but info on the door - last serving time 16:45. Then time table next to it with opening time up to 16:45. The service should meet customers needs and expectations, all updates should be reflecting current changes. I am so disappointed especially the parcel was very important today. I can’t say staff is not helpful but I definitely would say the rules without proper info updates is roughness and overpaid considering the cost of multiple journeys to meet current changes.

If I could give zero stars I would! Fed up with queueing for absolutely ages because the Post Office just isn’t fit for purpose anymore, need loads more staff , only one out of 9 booths open at Wilmslow post office today, feel very sorry for the loan staff member!

Shout out to Gail who works in the Marlborough branch , working on her own , massive queue of people who no support , She was amazing and always the nicest . Great customer service as always from her!

Called in to local Post Office to buy $500. Assumed I would get the online rate of about 1.30. When I got home and checked it was only 1.20. Went back to Post Office who said that the rates were correct and that they have to charge the lower rate as that is set by the Post Office.
Why did they not tell me that there was such a huge difference? Just lost £30 due to someones greed.

Wonderful. A post office open seven days a week.

★☆☆☆☆ Mail arrived OPENED — website is a nightmare to report anything

Received private financial correspondence delivered ALREADY OPENED — completely unacceptable. Tried to report it and the website is TERRIBLE: endless "catch-up" pop-ups you have to click through FIVE times, bouncing me backwards and forwards with NO clear path to report opened mail.

It told me to keep the envelope — then gave ZERO clear instructions on what to do next. Wasted 40 minutes just trying to log a simple complaint. Finally got it logged and told to wait 10–14 days.

Your mail isn't safe — and reporting problems is designed to be so difficult people give up. Unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable.

Set up a post office redirect service for my mail a few months ago for 12 months due to a change of address. Continued to receive my mail at the old address. No redirected mail sent to my new address. Sent a letter of complaint to the post office and requested cancellation of the redirect service and a refund. No response. Do not use this “ service “ which does not work and save your money.

The money had had tea spilled over but was clean if a little sticky (much cleaner than other stuff I imagine she handles!)

Ledbury branch. Joined queue of nine people. I know it was during lunchtime but every time the cashier served someone she had a chat with her colleague, they were laughing and joking and not about work! Disgraceful. I used to work for a Bank and if I had done this I would have been in trouble. Most Post Offices I go in the staff have an attitude. I wouldn’t frequent a Post Office but I had to pay a cheque in.

I waited in all day for a parcel to be delivered by Rhyl post office, North Wales. Only to receive a notification at 7pm to say a delivery had been attempted at 7.40pm. I don't know how he managed to do that. Must have been a time traveller. I put a complaint in to Amazon, who the parcel was coming from. Said they would get it delivered again today. But the original notification has disappeared 😕

We money is locked in with them due to account verification issues. I. Recently moved banks and they apparently can't confirm the new bank account. They want a statement by post, but it's a full online account. Work that out.
As my bank account is so new I have no statements, so I'm going to have to drive to the nearest branch to get one printed and then sed by post.
Once I can get access to my money I'll be closing the post office account bugger the higher interest rate for this shit

Post Office Loans are really Lendable and if you don't have an account that is recognised by their Open Banking app TrueLayer, despite being pre-approved, yiu will be unable to complete the loan. Lendable refuses to recognise your credit worthiness if who you bank with isn't on their list and they refuse to accept bank staements as it is cheaper to use an automated app rather than people to make their decision.

Why are post office employees so miserable and rude. If working with the general public is so awful, why work there. My local post office exudes a negative atmosphere as soon as you enter and is not helped by employing sullen teenagers with attitude on Saturday mornings. It costs nothing to smile occasionally.
