My voucher from Tesco was out of date by the time it arrived.
My wife received 5 birthday cards today 25th August. All 1st class stamps all sent from friends local to us. Her birthday was on the 22nd. Most of the cards were stamoed by the post office on the 19th August, 6 days to receive 1st class post disgusting. We only received our post every 3 or 4 days. Total waste of money, totally useless company. The managenent need to be replaced, they clearly want to get rid of letter post.

A year ago the travel money at Baker Street was very efficient and previous not bad either it has gone down with the current economy things have dropped all new staff as well... unfortunately 😞😕 so I will not be returning to change money there...my sister went there years ago and last year awful

An on line purchase was miss addressed and ended up 340 miles away. I tried to ring their customer help service several times. Each time the wait was longer than 20 minutes. When they did reply I gave them the tracking number. They said they couldn't dicuss the matter due to data protection .so basically they're a total waste of time.

First class is a joke first class used to be next day now god knows bloody rubbish

I've been using Royal Mail Special Delivery For currency and document's for 20+ years without any issues because it offers a near one hundred per cent delivery success guarantee.
However I recently used Bingley Post Office for a currency buy back return delivery, but somehow my entire package and cash contents were lost, which caused me a lot of inconvenience and effort to reconcile.
I won't be using this branch again anytime soon.

Seven King post office I go there every week for my office letters and other services, such as depositing money through Ria. Every time I visit, I receive very good service with a smile. I have always had a great experience with them and truly appreciate their friendly and helpful service.

Generally over the years I haven't found post office counters too bad in a lumbering sort of a way.im used to waiting a long time to get served.notjing can beat the 2 hour+ques round the block to encash a 21 pound a week giro each wednesday back in 1981 at shepherds Bush! Times have moved on and now after closing down 3 of the 5 or so outlying post offices in a rural market town of 60,000 we were yesterday left with exactly one.the alternative sub p o having shut for unknown causes for an an unspecified length of time.now all these people doing e bay Hermes evri are left in the lurch.with one 2 staff or 3 if lucky p.o.what often holds up the ques is banking.peep watch and listen as cash transactions ahead of them are granted priority taking often 15 to 25 minutes are conducted.banking wads of notes.changing money into foreign currencies to the tune of 1000s pounds.one one occasion a lady with the appearance of a down at heel char woman for want of a better description was observed to deposit an estimated 1-2 thousand in smallish notes.on another occasion ditto a toothless junkie type who could hardly keep it together in the line was seen to hand over what looked liked 7 to 800 pounds cash as if no one was noticing.now I'm sure all this unquestioned banking is legitimate.far be it from me to suggest otherwise.i have no knowledge.but the OAP lining up for a 99p stamp can resent being told banking takes precedence.all this paying in.the staff just seem to accept it but aren't there certain rules?po still recovering from reputational errors of the horizon scandal i guess?spookily this is review number 666.!

I booked holiday insurance with the post office in April 1026 for a year for myself and my husband i declared my husband's and my conditions but my husband has recently been put on a waiting list for a minor operation which could be months away. I was then told he could no longer be insured with them any more!! I was gob smacked to say the least I cancelled the insurance with them and I got only a third of my money back for something I never used. I will never use them again as I have been punished for being honest about this. it has really disgusted me. NEVER AGAIN!!

Wood green shopping centre the place is a joke very slow 20 people on the line almost every time I have package to collect they cannot fiind it also messing around with sending parcels i been today 19 the women with the black hair Yeter she is very rude very disrespectful nasty person acting like she is owning the place 20 people on the line she is drinking coffee jumping from the counter in the back when people waiting and is 20 minutes about to close i have package arrived 2 hours ago she said is not there very arrogant attitude shocking person shut be fired instantly when I told her every time I have package to collect they have problem she said to not come there and not order nothing in this post office a disgrace person miserable attitude i read the reviews everyone complains about her there is nobody to make her quit is shocking how is still there terrible rude the place is by far worst ever avoid with all the cost 🙄

Should be simple - send a parcel, next day delivery. Went post office, valuable item to be sent tracked, next day, signed for. Confusion over address on their system, I said please make sure it’s going where it should be! Print proof of delivery, correct building, wrong company! I query it and told sorry that’s closest system will allow and it will be fine! It has been sent by DPD gold service and not Royal Mail which I didn’t realise they could do. Roll on 2 days later, I phone DPD as an email saying delayed and also I queried why is it not going to the correct company. They said they could change it. Asked for a refund too as clearly not getting next day ‘gold’ service! Now batting emails back and forth with DPD/post office to get address changed to what it should be!
What a farce.
Let’s hope my parcel gets to its destination…..

I have driven to my local post office several times only to find it closed and nothing posted on face book page to inform customers.

Homophobic abuse and refused services.
At the Post Office on 19 Clifton Road in Maida Vale in London, I happened to choose the wrong queue for returning my Amazon book - how could I know that I should not go to the Amazon Hub, because it was a 3rd party seller instead of directly Amazon. Anyways, after some discussion that became very rude from the manager's side, including calling me various homophobic slurs, after I queued at the other queue, when it was my turn they temporarily closed the post office, so they would not serve me. They told other customers just to wait as they would reopen once I had left the premises. Bad service, and horrible homophobic slurs. I reported to both Post Office and Amazon.

Checkland Post Office is a fantastic post office! I accidentally left my keys in the shop, and after contacting them, they kindly made sure my keys were returned to me. A huge thank you to Pam for helping with this — I really appreciate it! 🙏

To be frank, I cannot express how dreadfully appalling the Post Office Insurance Services actually are. Having now been experienced this I truly and wholeheartedly wish I had never signed up to them. In reality I can appreciate how bad such an organisation are given the history of HORIZON. Those poor individuals deserve everything they can get from a useless pile of crap that is allegedly one of Britain’s Flagship Businesses.

The last postman threw my parcel in the hallway as the door was wide open he could see me there. Didn't say hello hi etc just threw them in my mat and walked off, fine you're having a bad day, it happens! Today I nipped to the toilet and put a sign saying the door is open leave in the hallway and take this sign off and put it inside. Nobody knocked, or left a delivery note through the letterbox because my sign was there and now got email saying they've been and nobody was in. I've got work tomorrow so now have to wait for my parcel at my mums if they decide to deliver it!

The City of London post office has helpful friendly staff and its manager, Sunita, is very good with the philatelic sales as well as everything else.

last three parcels i have sent next day delivery and paid over £12 on each occasion , NONE arrived next day , they all took 2 days ,they were all posted at 9am every morning , Post Office are useless , they charge a lot of money and break promises EVERY TIME , Post Office used to be the go to couriers , but they are no better than Evri who charge half a s much. No more, i wont be using Post Office for any more parcels , they have no intention of doing what they say , they are liars , and cannot meet their deadlines or promises , waste of space.
