Dear Angel,
We’ve been trying to reach you via email to clarify the issue but haven’t received a response. Upon reviewing our records, we can confirm that you ordered an A4-sized print, which we delivered. The dimensions of A4 are 210 x 297 mm, significantly larger than a postage stamp.
If you intended to order a larger size, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you. However, we did send the size you originally selected.

Non excisting customer service
Since I forgot to pick up my package in time, I have in vain tried to contact the company by their webpage form, e-mail and telephone. This means that I paid for a product that leaves me with nothing. Non excisting customer service and just an absolutely horrible experience.
Updated, November 6th:
The company answered this review today (below) and writing: “The courier attempted delivery twice before holding it at their office for 20 days, during which they also tried contacting you by email and phone.”
THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! I never got an e-mail or phone call from them and no one rang my doorbell with the package.
For Posterist: please stop lying.
Thank you for sending me the package again, I just don’t know if it’s another lie. Time will tell if I actually do receive what I paid for.

I never received any poster. Posterist wrote below that they would “resend it at no extra charge” - “as a goodwill gesture”.
Yet another lie. Posterist still holds 21,46£ of my money that I paid - for nothing! Pure robbery.

The courier attempted delivery twice before holding it at their office for 20 days, during which they also tried contacting you by email and phone. Since the parcel was uncollected, it was returned to us.
As a goodwill gesture, we will resend it at no extra charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
