After only 4 months, and less than 8k miles on brand new rims, they started flaking. I don't even drive this car in the rain, so it's crazy this happened so quickly.

I forwarded this issue, including photos, over to warranty. They advised it to be standard road chipping, etc.. My previous factory rims lasted 50k miles, and still don't have a scratch on them. Something is fishy with Hyper Black I got specifically. It appears to be an art least 3 stage coating process. Black, Hyper Black, clear? The hyper black layer is the one chipping and showing the black beneath. If I were a betting man, there is a scuff process to help adherence (or should be) that isn't performing well, and the stick from coat to coat is hit or miss in spots.

Pretty sad you save up thousands for something nice and new, and they're ugly at 4 months.

I have the 2nd star just for them being fairly responsive customer service wise. Even though I think they also need better assessment than photos for warranty.

I placed an order on July 11, and after more than 2 months, nothing has been delivered or resolved. Despite repeated follow-ups, all I’ve received are empty promises, vague excuses, and zero action. Their customer service is pathetic utterly unresponsive, unreliable, and dismissive of paying customers.

They are still holding my money and have provided nothing in return. I feel cheated and misled. I strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to be ignored and frustrated like me.

Made an order on the 8th of July before the shop officially shut. My order still hasn't arrived and now I can't track it on the site with the customer log in they gave me.
I don't know which parcel delivery company they use either.

I've emailed multiple times and sent Instagram messages. I've had no reply.

Just want my item or a refund due to the items not being delivered

Stancerims are awesome! I ordered my first rim back in May, and due to the great service and responses to my inquiries, I came back for more! I'm now always on the lookout for their emails on new offerings!

Received it as a gift from my gf the quality is sick and it looks so good, I’ll definitely buy another one someday.

I ordered the right rim for my car for my desk here. It's pretty cool and the quality is great. I just had questions before ordering. The email support answered them very quickly.

My question in the comments on Instagram regarding the availability of other rims was also answered quickly.

Shipping to Germany takes about 1.5 weeks.
