Experience
I ordered and received 4 posters.
One of the posters - the biggest - was damaged although parcel was not injured - indicating it was damaged during pacaking process.
I complained but have not got any response.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear that one of your prints arrived damaged. We understand how disappointing that must be.
Please note that we did respond to your email and kindly asked for a photo of the damaged print along with a picture of the packaging. Whenever a print arrives in less than perfect condition, we always offer a free replacement — we just need those images to process the claim and resolve the issue properly.
Could you please check your inbox (and possibly your spam/junk folder) for our message? As soon as we receive the photos, we’ll be happy to send a replacement straight away.

Prompt delivery and free which is important if you only want to purchase 1 or 2 items at a time. Very well packaged which I appreciated as dents and bent corners are unacceptable, so great. Will order again, thank you.

Nice poster, shame about the delivery
A great poster..but let down by the unwelcome and annoying/poor Amazon 'delivery' IE left the package in my garden , exposed to the February rain, while I was away for the weekend...

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the print didn’t meet your expectations. The print you received was an A3 size (29.7x42 cm), and our product description does mention that when a print is shown with a white border, the final size includes the borders (e.g., for a 29.7x42 cm cm print, this size includes the artwork and the border).
If you prefer not to have the white border, we do offer a borderless printing option, where the image covers the entire print area. This can be requested at the time of order.
We hope this clears things up, and we'd be happy to assist with a borderless print on your next order!

Excellent service after an initial issue…
There was a problem with the first attempt as the packing was damaged at the couriers and undeliverable. I contacted Posterist who immediately arranged for a replacement to be despatched. This arrived safely, beautifully packed and a fine quality poster too.

This my third purchase from Posterist.co.uk and this one was certainly the largest at 90 x 60 cms. Despite the large size the quality of the print was still excellent and has certainly made a difference to the room.
