I ordered two prints
I ordered two prints, and somehow, the labels were wrong, so I reached out to Poster Burner to resolve the issue, but they have yet to fix the problem; after weeks of emailing them, I may get 1 or 2 responses from them through email, and yet its still no resolved till this day
Shipping was a disaster
Update of review….. Miquel offered to ship a second order out 2nd day air at a discount to resolve the issue. So changed from 1 star to 3…
Shipping was a disaster! I see others had the same issue. On the order checkout screen it showed the (only) Shipping Option of "Priority" and charged me $16.31 for shipping the 25 stickers... BUT they shipped it FedEx "Economy" which tracking shows 9 days to deliver... FedEx partners with US Postal Service and they NORMALLY take several extra day beyond the expected day. Posterburner doesn't answer or return calls... just emails unhelpful questions back. I cant hangout on my email all day, but CAN talk on the phone. PLEASE CALL ME POSTERBURNER

Amateurs. Don’t know how to ship prints.
They shipped my large print in a thin cardboard mailer with no protective support. They did not write “Fragile” on the mailer either so it was crushed during shipment. I spoke with Miguel and he blamed it on USPS instead of taking responsibility for not understanding how to prepare fragile items for shipment. He acted like he was doing me a special favor by shipping me a replacement when all I want is a refund. This guy is an amateur and is not getting anymore of my money. They also took over 2 weeks to send out my (1) print. Save your time and money.

Supposedly my package has been in transit for 18 days. The tracking number provided shows no updates. no repsonse from the company. Don't waste your time.
Supposedly item was shipped on 3-25 and as of 4-11 I still have not received it. Was ordered on 3-21.

I unfortunately had a horrible experience with poster burner. I ordered a poster for a birthday party and had to wait over 2 1/2 weeks to get it and that’s with going back-and-forth and emails that took the company days to respond to. I finally received the poster after the event, and the company was horrible and their communication horrible and the way they spoke to me I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ultimately, I ended up ordering a poster from Walgreens. Beautiful less money and got it within a day.
PosterBurner Scam…
I ordered a poster from PosterBurner for a gift for friend while doing so I had the tracking number they provided,three weeks later I get an empty bag. I contacted customer service and they emailed me and said they will send another package, six weeks after that again a empty bag for some reason I think this company is a scam no refund because they said the said was delivered to my house.
Very bad customer
Very bad customer service needed a poster for a event I gave them 2 weeks before the event they then send my poster and it gets lost in the mail the first week they then make me pay extra to get it on time so they send it and it gets smashed in mail I tell them do not send another through usps and they do again well the con is over and this one got lost in the mail wow 3 times and your packaging is horrible they also still will not give me a refund

PosterBurner has always delivered high quality items I've ordered from them over the years, but the reason for the average star review is their shipping takes almost a month now. That would be fine if they weren't charging so much to ship. It wasn't always like that. I started to notice it in 2023
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH POSTERBURNER
I ordered a poster n November that was needed in two weeks. They advertised 2-3 days for shipping. The poster arrived six weeks later in January. I was told to rip it in 4 pieces and email a picture to Miguel in order to receive a refund in 3-5 days. It's been two plus weeks and still no refund and no response to my emails. Terrible business practices....do not order from here!
Update: Refund received 2 1/2 weeks later.
Joke support, don't buy any mounting tape from them.
I bought two poster with their special mounting hardware, (which is cheap sticky tape squares with no instructions or guide ). The posters wont stick on my wall. I email support for a refund on the $3 per set of cheap sticky tape (expensive for such cheap quality) , and their first response was for me to take a picture of my wall. An interior office painted wall. Ummm, ok. I send them a picture of a wall.
They respond with this
" As you can see, the surface has small smudges.
If you'd like, we can reprint your order and try applying it onto a smoother surface."

Yeah, the smudges are poster putty I have so I can get the poster to stick dum dums. Its a painted wall. Your trying to tell me its my fault?! What the heck are you talking about? I asked for a full refund, per their website guarantee, but I need to mail the posters back to them. What a joke. Posters going back, will find someone else to buy from.
Update: Sent back the posters, via USPS with tracking info, that shows the return was received. Support now says they don't see it, and support won't respond to my questions anymore.
First time customer
First time customer. I ordered a custom poster and when I received it, there was a printing error. I contacted Poster Burner and Miguel was extremely helpful and got me a replacement right away! The quality is amazing! Thank you, Miguel. I will definitely be ordering again!
Amazing resource
I’m in awe of my creation that poster burner made a reality! When I saw it I felt it was better than what I expected! I’m excited to hang it on the wall of my office. So neat!

Buyers Beware!
I ordered a custom sized poster. I uploaded the image and very clearly entered my measurements. They were 29-1/2”h x 21-7/8”w. The final product was billing me a 36 x 24 CUSTOM. I was unsure about this so I re-emphasized my custom measurements in the Printing Instructions box. The freaking poster came an exact 36 x 24!!!! When I emailed customer service they suggested I ordered a 36 x 24 because it was on sale and I needed to pay more if I wanted the CUSTOM SIZE I ordered to begin with. I contemplated doing this but decided to try the website again and entered my custom measurements several times and each and every time I got the same results: 36 x 24 Custom! That is their mistake, not mine. If I am doing something wrong then their website is Not User Friendly! I am clearly out $26. I wish I had read the customer reviews more thoroughly before choosing to do business with this website! I feel cheated out of my money like many others also were! Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't receive my poster and wasn't given a refund. It was either misdelivered or stolen. I am out $36. Will not order again. I am most disappointed that I did not get the poster which was for my new apartment.

I am writing this review about Poster Burner. I purchased 2 posters with Poster Burner. I sent them an email advising if the quality is low - please cancel the order. Upon review by customer service, they advised they can add a filter to one to save the integrity of the picture. They emailed me asking if it was okay to proceed when they sent over proof of the filtered picture. They proceeded with the order and canceled the other print with a refund. After a week, I asked about the refund they said to allow them another 2 days for processing the refund. After another week I emailed them and they said they sent the low pixelization picture that was supposedly canceled to me. They advised me now in order to get a refund to send that one back or send a picture of the item ripped. Since then I have emailed them twice with a ripped picture of the photo and no refund. So I have an email thread saying they canceled my second item another email saying they are going to issue a refund and now a third saying in order to issue the refund I have to send proof of the picture being ripped - I have now contacted my credit card company to send them this email thread showing this company doesn't honor their word - they have somehow left the onus on me for the mistake and that is not fair....
