Never do business with this company. Just light your money on fire. Worst customer experience you could possibly ask for. Go anywhere else but here. Miguel Petines is horrible at his job and should seek alternative employment. Their return policy states you have 5 days to return the item for an exchange or refund. Miguel only answers one email a day, ensuring you will not meet the 5 day window. After he asked me to rip it up, I sent it back to their address intact. In their return policy, they should add " you will be asked for a courier tracking number if you return it to us." Apparently if you don't have the tracking number but they have your physical intact poster, it's lost forever in the abyss of returns at PosterBurner and you will have to purchase a replacement. Again, put this in your return policy. No tracking number, no poster. Horrible company to do business with. Never using them again.

I paid for FedEx shipping and the mailing tube got dented which transferred onto my poster because there was no padding in the tube. I emailed and heard back from miguel~ he had me send another email with a pic of the poster torn into 4 pieces, which I did and never heard anything more about it! I've emailed requesting updates with absolutely zero response. I was so excited to get this print made but it's been just one big disappointment.

I cannot believe what they sent me complete opposite of what I wanted they did not even read the instructions that were sent with the order wasted $25 now I have to get them done somewhere else it was a very simple job very disappointed

I had a special request for a large poster from a small digital picture and they fulfilled it beautifully. Their work was first class and communicating with them was easy and with fast answers. I can't say enough about PosterBurner. I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

I needed to get some posters printed for a concert, and chose PosterBurner mostly randomly, since they had the size I wanted. Prices were very reasonable, but what I wasn't expecting was how great the printed product looked -- color, paper, and print quality were all excellent -- and how fast five out of six shipped. There was a minor holdup on the last one, but after emailing for support, I received a very quick response and they rushed out the remaining poster.

I really couldn't be happier, and next time I need to print something, I'll be using them again

I got my decal that I ordered today. I made this decal piece by piece and poster burner delivered! I am absolutely in love with it! Thank y'all so much for such a wonderful job! I'll definitely be placing more orders in the future

Edit: After receiving no meaningful assistance from their customer service contractor as to when my poster would be delivered, and finally disputing the transaction with my credit card company, someone at Posterburner with the ability to help me stepped in and got my poster delivered. Changing my review from one star to three.

This place is great very good service. My order was great arrived on time. No flaws very good work.

I purchased my order 7 days ago and for the last 4 days, my order status still says "printing label". I would not recommend this company unless you are ok with waiting 2 weeks for your package and still paying for shipping.my order was only 1 poster, smaller in size.

Update: the poster arrived a week later. 22 days total from purchase to receive. Quality and packaging were good. You make the decision if the wait is worth it...

My poster was great, couldn’t be happier!

I needed a special photo made into a poster for a funeral. The process was very simple and my poster arrived in under 72 hours-in plenty of time for the funeral. The quality was great.

My banner was way better then what I was anticipating and also showed up faster than what I thought.
