My story
I simply want to tell my experience. I ordered a coffee mug with a picture on it. After 2 weeks of not hearing any update, I emailed them and then learned the machine doing that work did not work and there was no projection of when it would be functioning. They gave me the option to cancel which I did. I was told it will take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on my account. I know this is BS because credit card refunds are typically done immediately. At this point, I believed that this company does not actually produce the product. They are order takers with a website. On Business Day 6,still no credit. Again, I email them with a very direct message on what will happen if my credit does not show up within a day. The refund then came.
I dealt with Miguel and he seems like a good guy. But, it appears that he personally does not have much control over the process. I should not have had to come to him to learn my order could not be produced, right?
I ended up buying from Shutterfly and there were no hitches.

Takes too long. Did not honor cancel.
Placed order. Got confirmation the same day! Then nothing for 8 days, tracking stating it was “printing”.
When I emailed them and asked to cancel, they sent out within hours.
Now it will arrive too late to use
for the event I ordered it for.

I have order 2x in the past and received great product, but I had a mistake in my 3rd order that showed 2 frames instead of one. I asked them to correct the order which they did [someone named Miguel]. I asked for a credit for the extra frame [$165] I was charged for which Miguel said would be handled. After numerous emails, I'm getting no response. I offered to take credits or points because I would like to place another order. NO RESPONSE. I wish I had read these other reviews before I placed an order with them.
4/25 After emailing a different person [Rick Stephenson] I got an apology and a refund to my CC.

Well if I ever get my poster I hope it's not just the thumbnail like some people are saying...if it arrives. Still waiting and waiting and waiting...
Proceed with caution.
I ordered a poster from PosterBurner over 10 weeks ago. Four weeks in, they asked me to leave a review—before I’d even received the item. I let them know my order hadn’t arrived. No response. No update. Just silence.
So, I reordered the same poster, paying the full price again—no offer of a discount or apology for the lost shipment. This time, I asked for a signature to be required on delivery. They confirmed: “Surely. We have the necessary instructions, relayed to our sorting department.” But those instructions were clearly ignored.
Four weeks later, the second order finally showed up. And guess what? The frame was cracked on arrival. I'd share a photo—but their system doesn’t allow it.
I’ve had good experiences with PosterBurner in the past, but here’s the bottom line: when things go wrong, you’re completely on your own. No accountability, no follow-through, and definitely no empathy. Proceed with caution.
Poster came damaged with Fed Ex…
Poster came damaged with Fed Ex crushing the tube. They wanted me to pay 13.00 to return ship it, or keep it and 13.00 to ship a new one. I told them they were crazy and why would I pay additional money for something I already paid for. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!
If you love the thumbnail, you're golden, If not, bail.
I was sucked into the 'sale' once again. Not again. Just want to give anyone considering using this printer some advice. The thumbnail is the print. They declare that it isn't and maybe it isn't for all the 5 stars out there, but for me the thumbnail was the image that arrived. There is a moment of complete disappointment, after the creation and the wait, the hope (remember I took responsibility for the first failure). Oh well. If you like the look of the thumbnail, you're good.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have used Poster Burner a few times now, have recommended them to friends and family, and have always had outstanding quality and service.
Recently, my Dad ordered a copy of his baby pic that had a good amount of damage to it when it arrived, making it unusable; Miguel really helped us out and is sending my Dad another copy of his baby pic, thank you Miguel!
I would recommend Poster Burner to everyone, they have really good prices, the quality of what you get is phenomenal, and they ship really fast too!

Twenty days and this very simple order…
Twenty days and this very simple order has not been received. The tracking number I've been given just repeats my order but does not give a delivery date. I've left a VM and asked for my money back. Beginning to think I've been scammed.

I had some old frames that I needed odd measurements and I spent hours on the internet and couldn’t find a company that would print in the sizes I needed except for this company. I was a little nervous because the total review score was only 3.6. The response time for my emails was very quick and helpful. The image I sent would not go through email so they sent me a link with log in and password to send a large file image which worked perfectly. From the day I ordered to delivery was 10 days. Packaging was very carefully done and they arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this company again without hesitation. I’m so happy with my pictures. If I could I would show them. Thank you posterburner!

Poor quality poster was sent
Poor quality poster was sent, impossible to say that it was "inspected" before being shipped, it should never have left their facility. Instead of acknowledging the mistake they try to make it seem as though I am scamming them for a free poster. I have spent a lot of money with this company in the past and I consider this an insult. They ultimately decided they would fix the situation by sending a new poster but never followed through. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that deserve the business.
Ordered poster for wedding 2 weeks in…
Ordered poster for wedding 2 weeks in advance, now 2 weeks AFTER wedding, we are still waiting for poster. Poster allegedly sent but sent through Fed Ex with USPS delivery and never arrived. Must be cheapest way possible. Also package "sent" reportedly 6x6" although poster 17x11". SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DEAL WITH MORE REPUTABLE BUSINESS!

I ordered a poster of a recreation of my Dad’s 68 Bronco for Father’s Day and the print time said 2-3 days with shipping up to a week. On the 4th day I received my package, and in great condition. Not a lot of effort
Poster was supposed to take 2-3 days to print. It took just barely under a month. When it arrived it had scratches on the front, the sides had not been cut well (small parts of a white border showing despite charging me extra to have it cut off), and it wasn't worth the time and money it cost.
