I love Posh Peanut so much I order for my Grand children all the time , I had to use there customer care for the first time this week and so far so good , now I just pray it’s here before Christmas.

I accidentally had the delivery address incorrect, but I emailed customer service immediately and they had it updated and fixed within 3 minutes! I hope with any issue you have that Cherry helps you out as well!

Beyond the stellar service, the quality of their clothing, blankets, and swaddle sets is truly unmatched. The adorable prints and patterns they offer are fantastic, and the products themselves are simply beautiful.

I purchased some beautiful Grinch Pajamas from Posh Peanut. On the first wear, the pant fabric tore in the groin area. It was a manufacturing defect or quality issue. I emailed their customer service people and within 1 day I received a message back saying they could help me. Because the product I bought was now out of stock, they offered me a store credit for the price of the Grinch Pajamas. No need to return the defective product. I was amazed at how easy they solved my problem. I wish more companies would be this competent at helping their customers. Because of the way they treated me, I will continue to purchase items from them. Special mention to a person named Queen, who assisted me. She was friendly and efficient. 5 stars for Posh Peanut!

I made an error with the shipping address when I placed my order. I sent an email to customer service and I received the reply within 20 minutes, which was a lot faster than I have received replies from other companies. They were able to correct the shipping address for me. Customer service was polite.

Posh peanut has excellent customer service! They were responsive in a timely manner and so positive when responding to my email. So helpful and friendly! Their product is excellent quality, washes well, and the patterns are amazing!!! 100/100 recommend!

One of my pieces was damaged and I received quick remediation via email through their support staff 10 out of 10 recommend!

I moved not looking ago and when I made my purchase the platform I was using reverted to my old address for shipping. I was able to contact the customer service and they updated my shipping address quickly so my purchase will come to the correct address.

Posh is hands down my favorite bamboo brand. However bamboo is a delicate thing at times. My order of 4 items came and one had a minor flaw - Right away Queen replaced it for me not to long after sending an email! She is very good at taking care of us Posh moms!

I have long been a fan of Posh Peanut for their beautiful designs and super soft, stretchy bamboo clothing. I just recently needed to utilize their customer service for the first time when I mistakenly placed the same order twice (entirely my own fault). Queen responded very promptly and was able to cancel and refund the duplicate order without any hassle. I was blown away by how friendly, helpful, and efficient she was!

I mistakenly filled in the incorrect delivery address when placing an order. I emailed customer service as soon as I realized what I had done; they responded very quickly and corrected my mistake in a very timely manner.

Customer service was very responsive to my questions and found a way to accommodate my request.

I recently placed a large order as a Christmas gift for my daughter (and purchased the PP wrapping as well), but unfortunately the package was delivered empty by USPS. I was anxious about losing both the items—especially since collections sell out quickly—and the money spent because USPS had essentially “lost” my mail.

PP’s customer service immediately stepped in with kindness and reassurance, offering to replace and reship my entire order with no hassle. While I hate to see a company lose merchandise due to USPS, it meant a lot to see PP stand behind their products and their customers.
