I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address & contacted Posh Peanut, after I had submitted my order. The response time was almost immediate and they took care of my mistake.
Fantastic Customer Service!

I ordered Superman joggers for my son, so he matched my grandson. The size was way too big for him (I ordered a large but it was so much bigger on him). So I contacted Posh Peanut regarding an exchange. Queen was amazing and helped me by sending me return label, send gift card once the return was processed. I was then able to order a smaller size. Queen--if I could vote 10 stars, I would. Thank you again Queen for being so quick with responses to me throughout this process.

I received the wrong item in my order, so I sent an email and Cherry was so quick to help and get the correct item sent out! They’re products are incredible and so is their customer service!

We have ordered a lot from posh peanut. Their prints are beautiful and their convertible rompers grow with babies. If we ever have an issue they’re so prompt to help resolve the issue and I appreciate that so much form brands! I will continue to be obsessed with everything from posh peanut!

I just ordered a few onesies for my niece and I ordered them all in the wrong size🤦🏻‍♀️ luckily, when I emailed posh peanut’s customer service account I received an extremely fast response and they changed all the onesies to the correct size. Such a huge help for someone who is doing last minute Christmas shopping. Highly recommend buying from posh peanut!

I placed an order and noticed a few days later that I did not receive a confirmation email with order info . I reached out to customer service and received a response from Angela fairly quickly . After going back and forth she figured out that I had misspelled my email , fixed everything on her end , and resent the email. Very efficient and quick resolution ! Great customer service and friendly !

Excellent costumer service. I ordered a blanket and then the next day they went on sale! The sale only lasted one day so I figured I was out since it was on a Sunday. I emailed them and before the end of the day they had refunded my item so I was able to reorder at the discounted price. Definitely will be ordering again with this type of costumer service.

Posh Peanut has the cutest items! I love the new Disney Princess line. I recently ordered a sweatsuit for myself and liked it so much I decided to order another to myself and a couple for gifts. About an hour after placing my order I realized I ordered the wrong size for one of them. I contacted Posh Peanut and they were very quick to get back to me and change the order for me without me having to reorder! I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company. I have been happy with all my purchases in the past.

I ordered a sleep sack and some of the stitching had started to unravel on the inside. I emailed customer service pictures and they are replacing it and sending it asap. Love posh peanut. Even when something isn’t ideal, they find a way to make it better!

I had a delivery lost by shipper, posh peanut had a great customer service member, there to help me get this very special gift to my new granddaughter. Queen, was courteous, understanding and very helpful. My granddaughter looks adorable in the Jammie’s and my daughter is very happy with the quality of the very soft sleeper. This was my 3rd order we are happy with everything I have purchased.
