I ordered two 24 inch porcelain neon signs in November 2025. I have received 0 signs one false reply to about 30 emails and texts. The voicemail box has always been full. Now he has closed his Facebook account and his website. Do not order from this man. You won’t get your neon sign or an opportunity to talk to anyone.

The shipping address has always been incorrect. But the shipping people talked to me twice about the correct address. To no avail

Never received the sign. They said I got it but it was either lost or stolen. Sent an email but no response. Tried to make a claim to USPS but wasn't accepted. Maybe wasn't insured when shipped. I don't know.

Ordered 2 signs in April 2025. Recieved one September 2025. Over 1 year later still have not received the second. Excuse after Excuse. Pathetic company and owner. Should be shut down. They are a scam.

Ordered a neon sign that was suppose to take 8-12 weeks for delivery. After 34 weeks and dozens of inquiries and never receiving a return call threatened legal action and finally got a charge back to my credit card. I did order several porcelain signs which I did receive plus a 30 inch complimentary sign for my bad experience.

You never shipped the item l ordered in November 2025 and that is something I really wanted to give my husband

Complete scam. Ordered in December, supposedly was to be shipped 3 weeks ago. Nothing but excuses and stories.

STAY AWAY.

The product they advertised was a cheap Knock off and even though they clearly state they have a full refund policy, I was ghosted with the return.
I had to have my credit card company step in and after 2 months got my refund.

I placed an order on November 19, 2025 which was paid in full $315 through PayPal on November 20th and have seen or heard nothing. Their email does not work and no one answers when phoning. I have received no communication when trying to contact them until April 15th when someone "mistakenly" answered my call. I was told that my order would be shipped that day or the next at the latest and I would receive an email with the shipping information. Nothing! I have tried to phone again with no answer as usual. The saddest thing about this company is that they still advertise while not filling orders after 5 months. I would give them 0 or even negative stars if possible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered in March
Got an email saying it was shipped April 9th. Still have not received. No tracking number or carrier name. Have sent numerous emails with no response.
Shipping from Florida to SC shouldn't take this long. Do not believe it was shipped otherwise there would have been a tracking number/carrier name

This company is a fraud! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I placed an order back on August 3, 2025 and still have not received it! After leaving countless messages I have never received a return call.
STAY AWAY!

I ordeed a neon sign in August 2025. After numerous emails, phone calls and broken promises, I was compelled to do a chargeback on my credit card. Don't fall for the excuses. This is not a company that I would EVER advise anybody to do business with. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

Fraud company don’t buy from them. I’ve been trying to get my signs from them for 6 months. At first they would email and now no response at all. Empty promises

Buyer Beware

We placed two orders in December totaling over $5,000. After five unanswered emails, I finally found a phone number and spoke with a customer service representative on the 20th of last month. I was told our orders were loaded on a truck and scheduled to ship on the 27th.

Since then, there have been no updates.

Over the last three weeks I have made five additional phone calls and sent more emails, none of which have been returned. The voicemail message has remained the same for three straight weeks with no indication that orders are being processed or that customer inquiries are being addressed.

Our next step will be contacting the Florida BBB and our credit card company to begin filing claims if this issue is not resolved

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Fake company, absolutely non-existent communication. Ordered sign 9/5/25. Owner Darrien Eouse never returns calls. Jessica Felix some employee says she'll "help me get a refund". Never came. STOLE $1012 from me. I'm going to contact Florida AG.

Zero Stars is too much. This is a fraud business. I ordered $1000 worth of signs, one large neon and smaller porcelain last July, 2025. It is now April of 2026, they shipped three small porcelain signs total value $100. They won't respond to emails, won't refund, and won't ship the items. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Stole my money. Do not buy you will regret. Purchased a 970.00 sign over a year ago and at first they strung me along until October 2025 when I asked for my money back totally ignored us. Total scumbags!

SCAM! BEWARE! Ordered $1,600 sign from Porcelain Advertising 11/3/2025. Non existent customer service with a fake voicemail lying about how important it is to be a good company. 6 months now and still no sign or refund and they wont answer emails or calls. Jessica Felix answered the phone once and lied that it would be shipped the next day. I am getting an attorney involced this week. DO NOT BUY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU!

I ordered a sign in December. Did not receive the sign I actually ordered but received 2 signs I did not want or order and still want the original sign I ordered.
Appreciate trying to make it up but instead of a refund you sent me two signs I dont want. Here is my original order????
Glad I didn’t buy something more expensive like a neon sign.
