And if you’ve found a dress you love but it needs a little adjustment, our alterations service can help make it feel beautifully suited to you. Whether it’s the length, sleeves, belt loops or pockets, we’re here to add that extra bit of Popsy care. Just remember, once an item has been altered it can’t be returned.

Love this brand!!! Have been wearing Popsy dresses for years and completely recommend. Excellent quality, fit, design, customer service and I have changed sizes recently and have been able to resell all dresses with ease (this I think really highlights the quality.)

Such a lovely business! Everything I’ve bought from Popsy has been fantastic quality, and the customer service is always outstanding.
My latest order was a restock of their tights, which I’ve been buying for years because they are just brilliant! - along with my third Cabin Bag. The Cabin Bags are incredible - so well made, with loads of practical zipped compartments that make them perfect for travel. The quality is exceptional, and I’m absolutely delighted with them. Highly recommend!

Dally petite size 8 is perfect shortened by 2", its just right.
Love the clothing from popsy, fab quality material
I ordered the dally jumpsuit petite size 8 and it clings to me just right, had her shortened by 2" and its the perfect fit. 😀

Cabin bags
Cabin bags. I tried to get 2 new ones as the handles are coming unstiched on both but got no joy as by the time they responded to my emails they were just over year old.Watch it, they're very reluctant to exchange or refund if they become faulty which ours did.

Smart yet comfortable dresses

Delivery service great, quality great. Family run business based in the UK. New stock released every Friday. Every so often they give little gifts, goodies and randomly some even get their orders refunded if they pull your order out.

Dresses that just fit perfectly and have a free alteration service! I love their amazing designs and the cotton fabric. I can always find something to suit my shape and height. You feel valued as a customer and they have a great community group you can join too

I bought couple of bits now frim popsy…
I bought couple of bits now frim popsy love the clothes so comfortable and also they do free alterations which I did with my trousers they altered before they where dispatched if you get your clothes and you think wish I got altered you can send back and the cost is under a ten pound note so well worth it
All iteams I bought have even got pockets in however the best is I feel more confident in my clothes and enjoy wearing them
Service is fantastic and best company I used on line and I love the fact the owner does videos and say how things can be matched with eg colour of shoes etc

Popsy cotton dresses, ideal for this heat!
I bought Betsie, a cotton sleeveless dress for my holiday. However, when the weather changed, I decided I would be better off wearing it rather than leaving it in the suitcase. I got quite e few compliments about how crisp the black and white gingham looked and more importantly how I looked wearing it.
I liked how cool I felt, the comfort of being able to slip my hands in the pockets. I was especially impressed by the side panels under my arms which made the dress sit perfectly, umlile other sleeveless dresses that gap and gape exposing your bra. I felt #popsypretty & #popsyconfident, so much so that I ordered the same style of dress in a different print

Shoes fine and as expected but didn’t…
Shoes fine and as expected but didn’t fit.
I understand this is a small business so if you need to return something; you have to pay the postage. I sent the shoes back last week and when I enquired, they were unable to advise how long the refund would take to process - and Ive had no email to confirm they’ve received the return save for my Royal Mail tracking document. On reflection the returns process is a bit of a hassle so although I like popsy I don’t think I’ll bother again as the cost of returning the shoes and the time to process the return are a bit frustrating.
