I was given lots of help and advice from John in the technical department at pool and spa ,he was very informative and helpful with both diagnoses and supplying the parts I needed,the parts were dispatched the same day and were exactly what I needed,I will absolutely use this company in the future for any hot tub needs ,thank you very much pool and spa centre for all your help.

I have purchased numerous items from Pool & Spa Centre. Every time the service has been outstanding.
Kept well informed and deliveries have been prompt and well packaged. I have had to call on their technical side a couple of times ,again the service received was fantastic. I highly recommend this company and will return when I have the need to do so.

DON NOT BUY FROM HERE I was in a hurry for a hottub filter and this company offered a delivery within 24 hours if I paid extra, so j paid the extra for express 24 hour delivery, I received no further communication ir delivery times , obviously I sent numerous emails to which I had no reply until Monday afternoon when I received a parcel force tracking number which surprise surprise was invalid, I'm now chasing them for refund which isn't in my bank yet....a completezwaste of time and money and still have to outlay mire money to get my product elsewhere, also still no reply from an actual person explaining why even though I paid express delivery my products wasn't posted, furious waste of days

Very disappointed with this experience. Ordered a new pool pump on 8 April. No email acknowledgement of the order or indeed any other communication. Emailed 3 days later to check status and the company couldn’t find my order. After 4 days, and no further communication, I asked to cancel the order. Eventually it emerged that the item had been left with builders working at a neighbours house a 2 minute walk away - courier was TNT and I have lodged no alternative delivery instructions with them. Pretty much a shambles and won’t be using again.

First time I have ordered from them, a hot tub drinks tray, this was cheaper than other places. Super quick delivery, will order again. Thank you

Preparation work first class before fitting a new liner. Very professional and well qualified and experienced team with high standards. Always punctual, friendly and efficient workers showing care, skill , respect and efficiency . Reasonable costs and a job well done. Many thanks to the team. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Service! I needed a specialist part to a pool skimmer assembly. John their technical manager was incredibly helpful. I was about to purchase the whole unit for c£50 when john explained that was not necessary and all I needed was a component part for less than £3. John saved me both time and money. I will definitely shop again with you.

Bought a new circulation pump for my hot tub rapid delivery and working a treat thanks

This company were recommended to us by our pool engineer for spares. I couldn't have found them more helpful when I rung up to find out which spare part I need, the advice I was given went beyond my expectations. The part arrived quickly, very well packed and fitted well. I will use again and the pricing was competitive.

I have used several swimming pool suppliers over the years but have always found The Pool and Spa Centre to be consistently the best. Their ordering process is comprehensive and straightforward with great range of reasonably priced products and easy online shopping. I find pool maintenance quite complicated but when I need help I always find John Barnwell of the technical department to be very patient and willing to share his knowledge and experience.

Fantastic company - John helped me sought a problem and avoid spending £350 for a new pump.
We have just ordered a load of consumables and will be going back every time in the future.

This company and it's staff have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to spas,
I called John with an electrical problem on my spa and within a phone call it was sorted, he went above and beyond to help out with other issues too,

They even had the control panel and accessories required in-stock on the shelf.

I cannot stress enough how I much I would recommend pool and spa centre for all spa and pool needs..will definitely be using from now on for everything related,

I had a number of issues with my hot tub which both Andy and John from technical support were able to help assist me with. Both are very friendly and helpful. PoolandSpa also have a good selection of replacement parts which aided me in resolving my issue with the hot tub. Support and communication is spot on. good job all.

Thoroughly recommend these guys. Good honest service, tried my hot tub for first time this year and heater was tripping fuse box, went into their site looking for advice and a new heater and after a few emails exchanged with John he told me I didn’t need to spend the £150ish I was about to on a new heater but just the £30ish element would sort my issue. They could have made and extra £100+ but gave me good honest advice which is worth it’s weight in gold with so many companies nowerdays looking to have your eyes out for a quick buck. I will be a returning customer when the need arises. Great work guys. *****

Whilst the web site is relatively easy to navigate and most of my purchases have been made using it alone.

However and most importantly if you have a technically issue or a slightly obscure issue then you have the access to human being that will help you not some AI system that only works on simple stuff.

In updating my 17+ year old hot tub from a supplier that no longer exists John Barnwell gave great assistance in firstly sourcing a very cost effective solution and giving his assistance to ensure that everything worked as required. It took a couple or 3 days but it was worth it in the end. Just had a nice long week end using the hot tub !!!!

We ordered a new heater which was supplied and then our tub engineer fitted it, we have had nothing but trouble with it, the customer service is a joke ie this isn’t covered that isn’t covered, so I sent it back they check the ohms but not tested in water, told me nothing was wrong told me I had to buy new straps, looking at all the pics they asked me to send, so I bought them and they sent me the wrong ones, and are now blaming the supplier, my engineer fitted the heater once returned, and it still kept tripping out, so he then fitted a new element and the tub is now running fine, so obviously it was a faulty one, but they are now trying to blame my engineer for his installation, and saying there is no warranty for this.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AS THEY WONT HELP AT ALL !IT WAS THEIR FAULT ALL ALONG AND THEY JUST DONT CARE AS THEY HAVE MY MONEY !!!!!!! And I had to pay for a hot tub company to come out and resolve an issue they denied

This is a fantastic company to do business with. They offer great advice and items ordered are delivered promptly next day.
Excellent communication also. I've phoned on a few occasions and they take the time to talk you through everything. Easy to use website for ordering. I 100% recomend this company and will definitely use them again and again

Fabulous company to deal with!

Great pre-sales advice from extremely knowledgeable staff makes buying from these guys very reassuring. I had a little bit of knowledge about hot tubs but a phone call to John at Pool and Spa Centre filled in all the gaps and got me on the right path.

Their pricing is very competitive and the after-sales service and support is second-to-none.

I can't recommend Pool and Spa Centre highly enough! If you're looking for anything pool, spa, hot tub related give them a try and I'm sure you'll be glad that you did.

John in technical especially helpful but overall satisfied with all staff I’ve spoken to trying to sort out a problem.
