This is a con business
This is a con business. Ordered goods do not arrive and the business do not contact you meaning jobs are lost and customers are waiting for weeks after spending hundreds of pounds without any contact form the company.

Avoid if you don't want spam.
Not a bad experience, ordered something that eventually was returned but Shop4 Electrical decided to add me to their marketing list without my permission -- which in 2026 and 10 years into GDPR is pretty amateur.
Marketing team letting down the rest of the business.

Brilliant customer service
Unfortunately the delivered panel heater had a manufacturing fault which Shop4Electrical would not have been aware. Full marks to their customer service! This was rectified within 24 hours when a new replacement was delivered and the faulty one was collected. Brilliant customer service!

First-class service—highly recommend!
This was my second time ordering these 2-gang socket adaptors from Shop4 Electrical recently. After experiencing their fantastic customer service on a previous query, I had absolutely no hesitation in placing another order. Once again, they delivered exactly what I needed with zero fuss. Great company to deal with.

Do not respond to emails for returns
Ordered a MCCB but did not need it any longer. Contacted the store twice via email and still have not had a response I have been completely ignored. I can't return as their policy says i must contact them first, but they don't respond.
