Abbiamo fatto una visita guidata di 2 ore con la guida Mia di Pompeitickets. Esperienza incredibile, condita anche dall preparazione eccellente e professionale di Mia. Consiglio vivamente!!

Siamo arrivati con la circumvesuviana da Napoli. Appena sceso fatto biglietti con audioguida. Tour davvero coinvolgente e interessante. Grazie alla passione della nostra guida Stella, ci sembrava di essere cittadini Pomeiani. Veramente brava e preparata. Dobbiamo mantenere degli italiani a fare questo lavoro non stranieri che comprano la licenza all'estero e poi vengono a fare le guide da noi.

Costoso. La guida ti fa vedere alcune cose ma ne salta davvero tante. Bisogna specificare alla fine che c'è tantissimo da vedere e che purtroppo si deve continuare da soli. Approssimativo.

Double price ! very dissapointed

I had a truly awful experience with this company. Their system failed during the purchase, and yet they still refuse to issue a refund, even though the tickets were never used. Customer service was completely inflexible and seemed far more interested in closing the case than actually helping a customer who clearly ran into problems with their platform.

On top of that, their setup feels unnecessarily complicated and packed with extra fees and add-ons that can easily slip into the process without you noticing.

All in all, it was a frustrating and expensive experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Appena scesi dal treno abbiamo trovato questa agenzia, lo staff era accogliente, ci hanno spiegato tutto e hanno offerto la visita guidata. La guida era molto brava e preparata siamo rimasti contenti.
In più abbiamo preso in considerazione anche altri servizi.

Ragazze fuori agli scavi di Pompei fantastiche , tour sul Vesuvio altrettanto bellissimo... Consiglio di ascoltare sempre ciò che offrono le ragazze nn vi deluderanno

Attenzione questa agenzia NON vi vende biglietti skip the line. Quello che vi danno é solo un voucher fotocopiato col quale dovete FARE LA FILA alla biglietteria per ricevere il biglietto vero. E per questo NON SERVIZIO si prendono un sovrapprezzo del 20% sul prezzo del biglietto. Prima di andare a visitare il sito archeologico di Pompei informativi su chi veramente offre biglietti skip the line.

Grab you at the train station and insist you need to validate your online purchased ticket then insist you need to have their guide at a cost of €25 - not true!

Horrible company they sold us tickets on their website at a much higher cost than on site direct with the ticket office at Pompeii.

The office was very hard to get to 300 meters from the entrance and they require you to go there and cash in tickets before you can go in.

What they don’t make clear is that it will take upwards of 45+ min before you are even able to go in while you figure out all the side quests.

My partner and I work in tourism.

We are kind and companionate it’s slow season and they didn’t want to change our tickets for the next day despite all we explained. Add to this it was my birthday.

Keep my 30 euros for one ticket and this one star review as well.

You certainly deserve it!

I purchased a “skip the line ticket + audioguide + map” on this website. At the office, I was given a mobile phone with an application showing the city of Pompeii, including districts and numbered points of interest.

The problem started when, despite having purchased a “skip the line” ticket, I still had to wait in line, because at the office I only received a paper with a QR code, which then had to be exchanged for a card at the entrance. As a result, I had to queue just like everyone else.

After passing through the gate, it turned out that the phone did not show my actual location. The GPS/location service was completely unusable.

Since this ticket and application are not sold by the official operator, the audioguide includes only a fraction of the points of interest that are numbered throughout Pompeii and available in the official audioguide.

Overall, I do not recommend buying tickets here. It is a waste of money, the service is not official and unusable.

Total scam. There ist no “skip the line” Ticket. You only get a f… voucher and have to exchange it to a normal ticket with waiting in the normal line!

In data 27 dicembre avevo prenotato una visita a Pompei + Vesuvio, navetta compresa. Arrivati al punto di ritrovo ci viene riferito che il Vesuvio quel giorno non era accessibile, e che quindi avrebbero effettuato il rimborso. 160€ spesi. Oggi, a distanza di un mese, non ho ancora visto un euro rientrare nel mio conto nonostante svariati solleciti tramite cellulare e mail, ai quali non ho ricevuto risposta. Assistenza zero.

Pessimi vergognosi delle vere e proprie prese in giro
Commesse poco professionali antipatiche e scontrose, piuttosto che dare i soldi a loro buttateli dal finestrino.

Excellent tour guide. Head phones fantastic to hear even when not in sight of guide - which we were for most of the time anyway. Laura was very knowledgeable and entertaining and brought Pompeii to life. Highly recommend. Great value

Pessimi. Ho acquistato i biglietti per me, mia moglie ed i tre miei figli per poi scoprire che usando la biglietteria all'ingresso per i minori avevo diritto ad un prezzo molto più vantaggioso... A nulla è servito farlo notare, veramente disonesti. Ti fregano i soldi.

Ho una moglie disabile... Chiedo se posso prenotare in anticipo e avere la scontistica dedicata ai disabili... Rispostami dicono che NON posso prenotare e che NON ho alcun diritto neanche di saltare la fila. Però mi ha proposto una guida privata a 160€ (prezzo pieno senza sconti) per potere salatare la fila !
Un ottimo servizio davvero, grazie da parte di tutti i i contribuenti che pagano per tutto ciò !

Don’t waste your time with Pompeji Tickets guided tours - not worth the money!
My husband and I had booked a 2 hour tour in a small group for 72 euros to avoid large tourist crowds.
So we were surprised to see 24 people in our “small group”. Due to the large size, we had to wear annoying headphones to even hear the guide.
Furthermore we started 20 minutes late because the agency kept adding new people to the group. So the 2 hour tour only took 1,5 hour and we stopped 10 minutes earlier. 6 people in the group complained to the guide about the large size of the group, since there were a lot of waiting time and therefore we got to see less, but she just said we had to talk to the agency about it.
When I returned to the agency afterwards to let them know, they didn’t care.
It is all about the money for this agency.
I would NOT recommend their guided tour.
