I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Canada Central Immigration. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Whenever I asked questions about the services I had already paid for, they were unwilling to provide clear explanations or proper guidance. It felt like they were avoiding responsibility rather than helping their clients understand important details.
On top of that, their fees are extremely high for the level of service they provide. After charging a significant amount, they make it clear that there is no refund policy, which feels very unfair given the lack of support. They only offer two call sessions, which is completely insufficient for something as important and complex as immigration.
Overall, communication was poor, and I often felt ignored or dismissed. For a service that charges clients, I expected transparency, support, and basic courtesy — none of which were delivered. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and respectful immigration assistance.

Muy buena compañía trabajan muy rápido me atendió el agente de inmigración Giovanni Santos lo recomiendo mucho la verdad no tuve ningún problema me sacaron la Express Entry en menos de 3 meses a pesar de que todos me habían dicho que es imposible

Tak więc trzeci rok moją sprawę mają i zrobić coś zamiaru nie mają.Prawnicy są po to aby interesów tej firmy bronić a aplikanci jeszcze za to płacą.Znowu się ogłaszają jak to pomagają ale to jest ściema , do mnie też dzwonią następni poszukiwacze łatwego chleba ale u mnie na pewno tego nie znajdą.

I was being guided about what to do for my visa application well, whenever I was struggling with something they were kind and helpful towards me. They were always answering my question kindly.
Their service is friendly and I am seriously considering to count on them more in the future when it comes about my residence permit.

My experience with Canada Central Immigration and Visa Services was extremely disappointing. I felt that the information and expectations given to me were not accurate,they seemed very supportive in the start before making the payment,After paying, the level of support and communication was very poor ,no confirmation was given for that a visa application was done in the first place kept on promising with words ,until they completely stopped responding to emails
I regret using this service and would not recommend it to others. Please do your research carefully before trusting this company with your immigration process

Hoy 9 de abril de 2026, me habeis respondido después de muchos meses que puse este comentario--- cómo trabajeis igual para vuestros trámites en cuanto al tiempo de espera, me dais la razón. Y, SI, estoy bloqueada por el tal Steve Ortega. Ni se os ocurra decirme lo contrario, por que es evidente que puedo demostrarlo. Y de que no han resuelto, ni informado, ni comunicado, ni nada de nada por parte de este señor, por decir algo, me dió largas, pasó de comunicarse conmigo y me bloqueó, y así sigue la cosa o lo llamais expediente. Mentirosos y estafadores, devolvedme lo que pagué. CANADA CENTRAL, ESTAFADORES, Y STEVE ORTEGA, los representa. A los que lean esto y piensen tratar con ellos, no lo hagais, os estafaran como a mi. Se muestran amables, pero es solo para que confieis en el/ellos, en poco tiempo dejarán de atenderte y bloquearte. ESTAFADORES. ¿Bloqueos injustificados? pues el mio es injustificado. Ponganse en contacto ustedes, que es su deber, yo no puedo hablar con mi asesor, Steve Ortega, por que me tiene bloqueada. Y, si llamo, me pasan con un compañero que no sabe nada. Mentirosos.
