Great shoes, priced well

El zapato perfecto. Solo avisar, que el paquete llegó roto, tener cuidado con los transportistas.
Y añadir con los zapatos, bolsa tela (guardapolvo) para poder protegerlos al guardarlos

I purchased a pair of shoes from you back in November which I really loved and only warn a handful of times, where on one of the shoes the the heal came off. I emailed them 6 times with photos to the email address they advised to contact with issues and got nothing. Then I used the whatsapp number shared the same messages with the broken footwear and nothing. The issue is that I like the shoes and have requested an exchange or even a voucher. Now I would want a full refund due to the awful service.

I am not one to write bad reviews, but unfortanetly Pompeiibrand has left me no other choice. I tried to refund the shoes I bought on this website for a whopping €138,75 with shipment even €144,75 as the shoes were severly damaged. Since then I haven't heard from them and they ignore me on every possible platform. It is outregous and I will not leave it by this one review. UPDATE! After this review Pompeii contacted me and refunded me in full!

Compré unos zapatos on line y quise devolverlos. Me puse en contacto con ellos por email tal y como ellos proponen y me contestaron rápido diciendo q una empresa de paquetería los recogería, la empresa me mandó un email para la recogida y nunca vinieron. De esto ha pasado casi un mes, desde entonces les he escrito por menos 8 o 10 veces por email y por wasap y además llamado y NI UNA RESPUESTA POR SI PARTE. Evidentemente nunca volveré a comprarles

Muy mala experiencia.Compré el 23 de diciembre unos zapatos para Reyes, por 80€ y hoy 5 de enero después de haberles escrito en muchas ocasiones no los he recibido.
No volveré a comprar en Pompeii nunca más

Very beautiful shoes but they were outrageously expensive and of zero quality. Bought a pair of they popular higby shoes in ecru color for 90€. They started FADING OUT from the sun within a month! I wore them for 3 months and now they are in such a bad condition that I can't wear them. Horrendous quality

No valen lo que cuestan. Si buscas un calzado cómodo urbano puedes encontrar cosas mucho mejores, mejor acabadas y más confortables por mejor precio. Compré unas Nike online (eso sí, modelo de dos años atrás) por un tercio del precio de las Pompeii y no hay color. Una decepción.

Compra el dia 8 y recibido correctamente el dia 10.
Me reservo la quinta estrella por si hay que hacer devolución.

I milled over buying a pair of shoes for months before finally deciding these were the ones I wanted. I contacted customer support to verify where they’re manufactured and they confirmed they were manufactured in Spain! Amazing! I purchased these shoes soon after as that was the confirmation I needed as I like to support European manufacturing! The shoes arrived incredibly quickly I’ll give them that. 3 days to hit my doorstep in Melbourne Australia! However, to my surprise the label said “made in China”….. ????
Really disappointed as this was information I SPECIFICALLY sought out from them and they blatantly lied in their answer. I do not mind things being manufactured in China but as it was something I went out of my way to find out I was rather annoyed to see the label.

Awaiting their reply about my return and by the looks of these reviews it may be a lengthy process.

How sad from a branding perspective to set a beautiful brand and items and have the such bad customer service to ruin the impression of the brand… I ordered a pair of sneakers and chose the size based on the size guide, looking at the cm, to avoid returns and the shoes came anyway smaller. Now I have to pay 14 € return fee simply because they do not state a true sizing on their website and the customer service doesn’t see that as unffair…. Sad

Siempre he sido cliente habitual de la marca, pero esta vez la experiencia ha sido muy mala. Uno de los playeros que compré se rompió al poco tiempo de uso, y pese a que presenté una reclamación por escrito, no he recibido ninguna respuesta por parte del servicio de atención al cliente. Me parece una falta de seriedad y compromiso con los clientes. Espero que mejoren su atención y la calidad de sus productos.

Las cuatro estrellas van fundamentalmente por la atención al cliente. Tuvieron problemas logísticos con el almacén que hizo que todo se demorase mucho, pero finalmente lo solucionaron y me llegó el pedido. No pongo 5 estrellas porque es un poco lata estar pendiente y el envío tardó bastante más de lo inicialmente esperado, pero la realidad es que se preocuparon, estuvieron pendientes de mi pedido y finalmente me volvieron a enviar el producto con carácter urgente para que llegase a tiempo (era un regalo). Ojalá los problemas logísticos se solventen pronto porque es una marca que me encanta y, desde luego, la atención al cliente de 10.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on August 23rd. Waited 2 weeks and nothing happened to my order so I sent an email to the customer service. No response. I decided to sent them DMs on Instagram - took me 4 days, writing everyday to get a response. They’ve apologized and said that the customer service will contact me soon. They did few days later with information that part of my order is not in stock anymore (obviously, it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered). They suggested exchange to different item or they can send me part of the order and reimburse the rest. I emailed them back right away asking for exchange. Week later and a follow up email from me still no respond so I went to Instagram again. After my massage they canceled my order and told me they arranged a refund —- without my permission to do so, I still wanted my order to be sent and was asking about it. The only thing I can say now is WTF?!?!? Excuse my language but this is beyond ridiculous and what a terrible customer service!!! I have no words… Never, never, never ordering from them again. Also, next time I will try a new brand I’ll check here first because I can see this brand is just a scam.

Atención al cliente pésima. Tras solicitar un cambio de unas zapatillas y aprobado dicho cambio, después de un mes sigo esperando. Te pones en contacto con ellos y nadie contesta.

Ten days after my order I’d heard nothing so I contacted them via their website. I still heard nothing and looked for reviews and found plenty here that gave me cause for concern. So next I emailed them and a couple of days later I received a reply, explaining the delay, apologising, and assuring me that my order would be dispatched soon. Several days passed but I did then get a dispatch notification and from eventual dispatch to delivery it was only a few days. The website has no sizing information beyond s, m, l etc so when my order arrived I was pleased that the size l was as expected, an excellent fit. For reference I have a 44 inch chest, I am 6ft tall, and my order was a chore jacket. The item itself is beautifully made, looks great, feels soft, drapes very nicely and has a superb silhouette. I also love the colour, a light blue. In all I’m very satisfied, things just took a little longer than I’m used to. The quality however is worth the wait and my customer service experience was excellent once I received a response.

AVOID!!! Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse delivery times!
