GCash transfers are typically processed instantly, and once a transaction is completed, we're unable to cancel or retrieve the money on our end.
To help avoid this, the Pomelo app includes a review screen before sending, so you can double-check the recipient’s information before confirming the transfer.
In situations like this, we recommend reaching out to GCash directly for further support. We've emailed you their Help Center information. You may also try contacting the recipient directly to request the return of the funds.
