Very Reliable, Convenient
The Pomelo app is very convenient and reliable. The exchange rates are also very fair. But I do wish Pomelo could be accessed from a computer to send money, not just an app on the phone, and also I wish that there was more than one option than paying off completely every month.

You give points to reward us for using…
The service is simple and quick to use I had a problem with reward points used and after using points the service was not available in the area needed. I was returned the points. The company does the right thing which is a big plus. No one is perfect but when something goes wrong it means alot that they care enough to fix the problem.

Setting up was quick. Sending money was easy. The recipient got the money with no issues so far. Rate exchange was higher. They were true to their word when they said first time transaction will receive such and such reward.

Pomelo is great. It's easy and convenient for me to send money to my family and it's always there in minutes. I never get charged a fee and it's easy to pay off in 30 days. If I need it now, they are also giving me rewards points that I can also send to my family for them to redeem for special gifts like food and transportation. I highly recommend pomelo
