Ich warte seit ca. 12 Wochen
Ich warte seit ca. 12 Wochen auf meine bezahlte Ware. Schriftlicher Kontakt war nur über Instagram möglich, dort wird man mit Hinhaltetaktik bei der Stange gehalten. Das gekaufte Produkt findet sich in gleicher Form, mit denselben Fotos auch auf anderen dubiosen Webseiten.
Da ich über Paypal bezahlt habe, habe ich den Käuferschutz aktiviert. Selbst dort im Schriftverkehr nur leere Versprechungen. Leider gibt es nicht die Möglichkeit 0 Sterne zu vergeben. Traurig, das solche Leute scheinbar ungestraft ihren Geschäften nachgehen können und vermutlich immer wieder Menschen auf sie hereinfallen.

Scam company.
Ordered without carrying out any due diligence and after not receiving any order for 2 weeks, saw all these reviews and immediately new it was a scam.
Their Instagram also appears to be based in Nigeria but everything on their website looks like it’s from the USA.
Fortunately paid with PayPal who I raised a case with and they ruled in my favour so got my money back.
Will definitely be more careful in the future.

I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing. I made an order and heard nothing for 2 weeks. Got in touch and was told there had been an issue and they would get it sent out ASAP. Still nothing. I'm now in an ongoing back and forth where they make nonsense excuses over an over again to avoid sending a refund. I am pursuing options through my bank and will explore legal routes if that does not work. This has been going on since 5 May - I won't let them win.

They will rip you off.
I brought a jacket in February and have contacted them three times on the status of my order only to get a computer generated answer. Don't use them. don't trust them, they will take your money for no return.
If you don't believe me then check the computer generated reply that I will no doubt receive as others have.

ITS A SCAM
ITS A SCAM. I ordered a jacket, they immediately charged my credit card for the amount nut after a month I received nothing. I contacted them multiple time and did receive a answer saying my order had some confusion but now it was rectified and I would receiving a tracking number. I never received the number. I contacted them again and received a similar email about difficulties with the order but now it was fixed. It wasn’t. Don’t buy from this company. I am now working with my credit card company to get a refund.

They are scammers and my bank helped me
They are scammers, they tried to scam me but I went to my bank and made a dispute, I had to show proof that they are scammers, for example on Instagram they have changed their names which means they do it to keep scamming, I also showed the reviews of many users that have been scammed too. That's how I got my money back and I hope you guys do the same :)
