Now taking legal action
A clearly deceitful and fraudulent company. They took my money for a shirt on 13th April. No goods were then received. When you email their customer service they simply strung you along with rubbish saying things like ‘it will leave the warehouse soon. I asked for a refund which they said wasn’t possible. I quoted UK consumer law to them, and then they said they would issue a refund within 10 days. Of course that hasn’t now been received. I will now sue this company as they need to understand they cannot act like this and get away with it.

Response from Polomano not consistent with regulations
After complaining online, I started receiving responses from Polomano which reassured me that I would be refunded my money within 3-5 business working days. By yesterday this had changed to "We are giving you a gift card". What do I do with a Gift card? To purchase something from them that never arrives? Why would I buy from people who never fulfil their promises? Why would I want to put myself in their hands again? They asked several times if I wanted my money, and I answered YES. So why give me something I never asked for? I bought a jacket, not a gift card!! What's wrong with returning the money?

3weeks to prepare for 3 items
More than 3 weeks already I’ve been waiting for my package. So I contacted the company to follow up for it. The funny thing is that they’re still preparing for the 3 items that i ordered. Winter is almost over.

This company is fraudulent … scam city!
May 7, 2023. Asking me to write a review before even shipping my order is not at all courteous.
It’s been more than a week and still no news.
May 14, 2023 update: now 2 weeks in and no updates. Btw, I was informed today that you only have max. 1 hour after placing your order to cancel and that all products are made to order thus the very long processing times.
May 23, still nothing but empty promises.
Will be pursuing the issue with my bank now.

Order never fulfilled.
I ordered a vest almost a month ago now And it never shipped. I contacted customer support a week ago and they said they would get it shipped immediately and still nothing. No package no tracking number… I have submitted a claim with my bank for a refund because customer service has not responded to me the second time. I will not be buying anything els from Polomano again.
