This is a bad company to deal with I was told it would take 8 weeks max to get my merchandise but it's been 13 weeks and no contact tell I ask for a tracking number then theirs more explanation why I don't have one like problem with shipping or we're working on your order

Scam company or completely inept
Ordered 3 months ago, received nothing and customer service have lied to me and contradicted what they have previously said. They have twice provided me with tracking info that returns an error but promised me they have called the shipping company and my order is in transit, yet today they gave me new tracking and said my order is being processed. Again, this tracking returns an error. Have asked for refund multiple times but they refuse.
Still no update, despite response below from company, which is usual stock reply. Business model seems to be get money off as many customers as possible, wait until they hit a certain number of sales and then get the factory to make the order. Meanwhile they have customers money for months.

Non delivery of an order after 4 months, several customer service canned responses with no actual intent to deliver IMO. This business is a SCAM do not order.

Waste of time
Never received the order. Lots of messages to get my money back waste my time. I had contact to 3 or 4 different people. One of the contacts apologized that I get refunded immediately. After that I got a paypal message that they try to find my product on the way of delivery. The order status is confirmed (not shipped). I regret the order, they steal my lifetime.
