I love the shorts, but the color dont last!

I never received my order….and still haven’t received a response about making it right.

This company is a scam. After months of not receiving my package I inquired about its status. They ensured me they "personally" contacted the courier and it was on its way. When I demanded the tracking number and courier name they quickly came back that the package had been destroyed. I ask for a refund and they wanting to only give me store credit. After insisting on a refund - after 3 emails making sure I wanted a refund, sent and email stating I had been refunded. But, no refund was actually issued. I contacted them again and they again had more excuses - this time the system was down and the refund failed. Been doing this song and dance with them for months and still no refund. Do not purchase from these scammers.

Terrible Experience! My order has been over 2 months and I am still waiting to receive it.
It is all appearing as a SCAM! Beware!

bought some pants here and its over a month, no tracking number no nothing whatsoever, got a bot-like reply from email saying they have difficulties completing order and blah blah blah then another bot reply with the exact same words that I typed. Definitely a scam site, gonna have some legal actions on this.

After nine days, no delivery! Please give me my refund!

I ordered three clothes in the month of June and still they did not give me any tracking information or shipping details. This Polomano is definitely number one scammed online shopping mall. Don’t buy anything from this ( Scammed site ). Even workers are so rude and just playing a mind game with customers.

I ordered over a month ago.

Do not buy anything from this brand. Still waiting on a delivery from March.

SCAM COMPANY.
Never ever buy anything here. No merchandise no money refund. Only bunch of emails giving excuses. I posted an order May 27th. Order No. 255002. As of today, Aug 26th I have nothing...

Ordered May 31 but has not been delivered.
I followed up August 4 and was told that they had just shipped the order; but was given an incorrect shipping ID.
I requested a refund but was told that the order was in transit, so no refund possible.

August 27 - still no package. This is a scam.

Did not get any clothing and probably did they give away my card number so lost additional money

THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

Absolutely awful company.
For a month I did not get a tracking number.
And then I asked them why haven’t I received anything to track my package with, they answered oh sorry there has been shipping problems and my package has now been sent and also they will send me the number within the next days.
Waited 1.5 weeks and asked again wth happened and where is my package?
No answer. Then I googled them (which I should have done from the start, that’s on me) saw that there are countless people with the same situation and Polemano has given them exactly the same answers and excuses.
Decided to confront them again and also added the link to this trustpilot thread. Wrote to them that they are obviously scamming people and I want my money back or legal action will be taken ( I payed for the product and the more expensive priority shipping).
Received an answer with them apologizing again, and saying that they have now sent my package again (so this means that they lied about sending my package in the last email) and also they wrote this, and I quote: ,, We are sorry for the situation, you are our priority and so on... We would like
To offer you a 10% discount on your next order.” 😂😂😂
Answered to them that they can go to hell even if they would send me free products and the only thing I want is my money returned.
Then silence again for almost two weeks.
Wrote to them that I will take legal action and I will get their company blacklisted in my country (which I can do).
Got an answer that they had already returned my money and that I should contact my bank and ask where my money is.. 😂😂😂
Told them that they can do a second refund and if for some reason the money is transferred to me double, I would gladly transfer the excess money back.
They promised to contact the ,,Finance team” and get me an answer.
This was three weeks ago.
Its been a journey of three months and I still haven’t received any money back.

Long story short, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They will SCAM you and take you on bogus laps with their apologies.

This company is such a scam. I placed an order on 8/15/2023 and no tracking was provided within the week. When I requested for a refund the lady that emailed me back sounded as she was some sort of android with a copy and paste-like email. No connection, no understanding, no customer service at all. This is what was send to me by one of their CSA (customer service agents)

“Hello,

We acknowledge that there are occasions when orders may require cancellation. To accommodate this while considering that all orders are tailored to your specifications, we provide a 1-hour window for cancellations. Regrettably, that timeframe has now elapsed, and we are unable to modify your order. Nevertheless, we assure you that you will receive an exceptional product. If, by chance, you are unable to utilize it personally, we believe it would make a delightful gift for someone on your birthday or Christmas list!

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you appreciate the product you will receive.

1. I never ordered any products to be tailored to any specifications.

2. How do you give a 1 hour window for a return and trap customers with a no refund if you can’t even send the product out? There are many successful companies that can at least get the product out within a few days. So quick to take your $, but so hesitant to honor their customer and they’ll do whatever they can to steal/take your money.

3. If I can’t utilize a product it is within our right to return and get a refund. This person here is trying to take my money and expect me to gift their product in hopes that they keep our money.

After receiving this email I also emailed her back kindly to just cancel and refund my order. Based on the reviews I’ve read it seems that the products don’t even come on time or anywhere near on time!

This is her 2nd email

1. If you don’t even have a tracking then the product hasn’t been shipped out. Why are they giving me such a hard time to cancel my order?

Based on their credibility with others I would not at all recommend this company. If they would of refunded and canceled my order and probably gone the extra mile to do it instead of sitting on their desks being keyboard warriors and actually serving to help me I wouldn’t of had to write this review. I will for sure be going on every company review website to let others like you know to stay away and keep your $.

It’s sad that they would do this only in the end to lose more customers/business.

I have not yet received my order. Have been waiting for tracking number

My order number is 255670. I first ordered a jacket on 3 March 2023. It didn't fit, so I returned it for a larger size in mid july. The tracking information indicates that the new jacket still has not shipped. I'd like for someone at Polomano to respond to me and let me know what is happening and when the new jacket will be shipped.
