Let’s talk about the bad thing for a moment. Hmm, yes we know – dying’s not our favourite topic of conversation either. But sadly, death is a fact of life and comes to us all at some point. And the tragic reality is that it sometimes happens much sooner than expected. That’s why we launched Polly. Every 22 minutes a child in the UK loses a parent they depend on financially. But despite this over 12% of UK Mums still have no life insurance to protect their family if the worst happened.

PUSHY AGENTS
We need life insurance and I was interested in Polly, however after completing an online form I received a call straight after and advised I wasn’t available. The agent was pushy and wanted to know a time they could call back. I said 3 times I will contact them. Before I could say bye they hung up on me. I then received another call 5 minutes later from a different number and I explained the call id just received and told them to remove me from their calling list as I found it very disrespectful. They were very short with me. Very very pushy! I am assuming they get commission!

I had an excellent experience working with this life insurance company from start to finish. The entire process was straightforward, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. They took the time to explain all my options clearly and helped me find the right coverage for my family’s needs without any pressure.

Fantastic Customer service
I spoke to Micheal Mccarthy this morning and he was awesome. He explained every step in clear simple terms ensuring I understood everything. Micheal is a rare gem and deserves a million stars, he answered all my questions with an in-depth and vast knowledge wrapped up with such patience...this guy is a genius...I will definitely get family and friends to take out an insurance policy with Polly. Lewis was brilliant to deal with — really easy to talk to, friendly, and down to earth. ILLEGALLY SHARING MY DATA
As all others have said I completed a quote on the email yesterday and ever since have received spam calls from various companies. They share your data and now I don’t even want to go with them anymore! Avoid!
To confirm you do sell data- as I have never received a spam call on this new number. I got a call from an Indian chap saying they are calling from a o2 which I’m not with on a mobile, then a few more from people who are not polly nor have I contacted. I used a new phone and new sim so it’s definately you guys

We were looking to get a better life…
We were looking to get a better life insurance policy after having a baby and I found Polly online.
James Green gave me a follow up call and was so helpful, he explained everything really clearly, answered all my questions and worked around me be a busy mum.
He even helped her my husband set up with cover from Tom.
We saved ourselves money and got better cover and it didn't fell stressful at all.
