Customer service is amazing- so responsive and quick to resolution.

Podbean is such a great platform as it allows you to create your own playlists of Podcasts and delete those you have listened to. Also excellent customer service.

Difficult to cancel. I tried to cancel before trial and I couldn't figure it out in time just to get it cancelled and fired from a job because I couldn't get the money back. If they cared they would have seen I didn't even use it. It was also for 39 bucks and I don't remember seeing anything about the no refunds policy. So now I'm out 1000 for a big project I couldn't finish for a client because they took the money out of my account. I can't pay my rent over 39 bucks. It's silly right? I can't get food over 39 bucks. Silly right? Lost a job over 39 bucks. Now everything else is about to be gone. Over 39 bucks And. Ridiculous cancel policy that you have to click and click and click to find.

I love working Podbean. I made a mistake with many of my episodes being in MP4 format and not MP3. They took the time to update all my 70 plus episodes for em so I could finally get my show onto Spotify. I am forever grateful. This has saved me so much time and has allowed me to continue to grow my podcast.
Podbean is an easy platform to use and it saves me so much time because it’s simple to use.

We changed podcast host, and podbean was still referencing the deprecated rss feed. I did not have access to the old server, so I couldn't forward to the new feed. I contacted the podbean support team and they were able to update the feed within a few hours.

Had an issue with updating. Raised a ticket which was opened and actioned immediately. Very impressive service

A) they respond within minutes, with a ticketnumber for your case
B) they take a little longer, but not much, to come back with a complete answer
C) the response is from a person, a human. This is rare these days, but very valuable to me

I have been using Podbean for over ten years, to publish church services, once a week. Podbean's process is smooth and reliable. I have limited familiarity with computers and posting. Podbean makes the process easy, and has quickly answered any questions I had.

I switched to Podbean because it mirrored the simple workflow I had with a platform called Swell (which is no longer in service). I record only with my phone, so I needed a UI that I could feel comfortable navigating. Podbean has all the features I had with the previous platform and more! One of my favorite aspects is being able to embed my entire podcast on my website - it looks great, and users can see all the episodes in one place without downloading anything. Customer service is quick and friendly throughout the setup process or anytime I have questions. If you have a podcast, you need Podbean!

I’ve been with Podbean for 5 1/2 years. When I began podcasting I knew nothing. However, after researching all the podcasting companies I went out on a limb with Podbean. Honestly, since that first day I’ve never looked back. The Support Team is second to none. You as a podcaster or technician are not just a number—you are an individual who from time to time might run up against an issue you are not capable of handling yourself. That’s where the Support Team is always on standby for any situation they can help you solve. Their replies are in such a way that you just follow the steps shared with you and never waver— instead follow their wisdom and expertise to get back on track. I’m one grateful podcaster for Podbean. Thinking that it was an App and I would never hear back I was very impressed at how quickly I got a reply and how helpful it was. It means a great deal, because I spend hours while driving ans working listening to PodBean. I also recommend to friends all the time.
