Why I love Podbeans custmer service

A) they respond within minutes, with a ticketnumber for your case
B) they take a little longer, but not much, to come back with a complete answer
C) the response is from a person, a human. This is rare these days, but very valuable to me

Great and friendly response - from a person, not a bot

I have been in contact with the Podbean helpdesk on a number of occasions, mainly because I am poor at finding all facts myself.
They always respond quickly and in a most friendly manner. I also appreciate the fact that I don´t have to go through a chatbot or other hurdles. My email is handled by a live person

I do not like having to download yet another app

I do not like having to download yet another app. I think you could send the tickets as an email- or sms-attachment. Lots of others do that already. I have too many apps on my mobile as it is.

Pakken skulle vært levert til oss på…

Pakken skulle vært levert til oss på mandag ettermiddag, men sjåføren rapporterte at vi ikke var hjemme. Det er feil. Vi VAR hjemme. Oppgangen vår er godt merket, og det samme gjelder ringeklokke etc. Vi måtte dermed ut en ekstra tur for å hente pakken på Sandakersenteret som er en reserveløsning.
Veldig irriterende!

Stay away - if you don´t enjoy paying for services you never asked for

In June 2015 our travel agent had booked a small car for a colleague and myself, we didn´t need a large car to take us from Heathrow to Hemel Hempstead (about 45mins drive).
After lenghty paperwork the agent says "Tonight we give you a Mercedes". I immediately asked whether this upgrade was within the limits of the voucher for our booking, and the agent confirmed that it was indeed.
Then there was the usual routine of "sign here, here, here, and initial here, here and here". Since there was a line behind our backs, I signed and initialled as asked to.
When receiving my creditcard invoice it turns out there was a hefty charge for the upgrade we had never asked for.
I have raised a complaint, only to get the response that since I have signed for the upgrade I have to pay for it.
No comment about the fact that the agent clearly said "GIVE".
No comment about the fact that I asked whether it was covered by the voucher.
No comment about the fact that the agent confirmed that it was covered.
No comment about the fact that the agent then lied openly to me.
Just a blunt answer saying the charge is a charge.
Very rude.
I´m still withholding the payment on my card, and have asked my card company to not pay out either.
In the meantime there are other rental car companies that can serve me. And if Europcar is the only alternative, I would rather take the bus.

Veldig bra opplevelse med Multicom

Jeg har nylig gjort et kjøp av elektronikk på Multicom.no og er veldig fornøyd. Jeg måtte sjekke av en detalj med kundeservice, og fikk veldig god hjelp der.
Så gjennomførte jeg bestillingen på nett. Veldig enkelt, kjapt og brukervennlig. Fikk oppfølgende mail i løpet av en time om at ordren nå var pakket og klar.
Veldig fornøyd
