One of the most inept companies I have ever had the mispleasure to deal with in 20+ years online. No support at all and no response to facebook or twitter. I've had a streaming problem for over a year which makes it unusable. NO way to cancel on their website and now they have billed me for another year. Will be proceeding with a charge back via my credit card company. Would give them MINUS 5 stars if I could >:(
