The dental team was so welcoming , and very clear with there speech and how the process is going to be like I felt very comfortable and I can’t wait to get started .

The first time visited pulse dent fantastic experience. The friendly staff explained everything adequately and made me very comfortable.

I have recently been in for my initial 3d scan. The practitioner was really friendly and explained the process so i could better understand. I did feel comfortable and thought he seemed trustworthy. I would have liked to learn what materials they use as i have seen a few bad reviews about that. I am yet to receive my treatment plan but hopefully, the process goes well, and i can update this review with a 5 star one.

DO NOT TRUST PLEASE!! THEY HAVE STOLEN £1695 the material they use is terrible! And they called me in for a refinement scan because they don’t want to give me a refund . I drove an hour away for the appointment time they gave me just for the business to be closed. I’m fasting today and I’m so angry and upset they actually made me cry. I want my money back I’m they scammed me. Someone help!!! I’ve Litterally begged them for my money back they are refusing to give it me I’ve got lots of proof on how they are scamming people.

My experience has been very smooth from dealing with PlusDent. They stayed in constant communication with me and the dentist gave me honest useful advice at my consultation. In comparison to other clear aligner companies I have gone to this is by far the most professional and trustworthy.

I had an amazing consultation at PlusDent, she was very kind and very professional. Guided me with all the informations and also gave me advices of how to look after my teeth at home.

The dentist Jesus Gonzales was professional, as he gave me good advice and recommendations and clearly explained how the progressive and maintenance retainers work and are priced. Also, the technologies that are used by PlusDent are innovative and the retainers don't seem as invasive on the look and as uncomfortable as the permanent metal ones with elastics (which is what I had worn for 2 years 30 years ago, to better align my denture. After the growth of the wisdom teeth though I had some slight overcrowding).

There has been some confusion when I read on the PlusDent email about the call to show me the "vision of the realignment result". This meeting confirmation email was called "treatment review", so I got a bit alarmed as I thought I hadn't agreed nor started yet any treatment. Given this, I read again the leaflet I was asked to sign during the first 3D scan visit, and what I signed seemed a bit ambiguous, as the wording could be interpreted as "consent to proceed with a treatment", or, as I was explained before to sign, as a confirmation that I had enough info to eventually give consent in future.

I emailed PlusDent immediately to clarify that with my signature on the leaflet on the first visit I was "not consent hereby" and that the dentist had verbally assured me I was not committing to a treat by signing, but only confirming that I had information to decide about the treatment. I was also told my 3D scan was valid for 3 months, so in my understanding, that was the time I had to decide about during the treatment.

My reason for giving 4/5 stars is only that I think the leaflet is not professional (e.g. in the signature part it refers to "the treatment", which is not previously clearly worded as a definition for what is meant as a treatment. Also, most risks it lists are about the whitening of the teeth, and it not mentions all the risks of the alignment process, especially in relations to filing the of teeth on their sides, for reducing the enamel that protects them to give space to realign in case of overcrowding. Finally, the part to sign as mentioned it's a bit ambiguous).

The other reason for a 4/5 is that I was getting immediate replies to WhatsApp until I said the leaflet was ambiguous, and I said to please confirm they acknowledged I didn't want to proceed with a treatment, that I was not giving consent and I was cancelling the "treatment review" call. From then on there were no answers and they are not reachable by phone, and it took them more than 2 weeks to reply via email and clarify what I asked, by writing: "We can confirm you are not in treatment with us and a contract has not been taken out for the aligner treatment.".

Finally, the 4/5 is because when I gave a 1/5 review here (due to the ambiguity of the contract and the sudden interruption of communication, and total impossibility to call them via Whatsapp or to any other landline phone) that review of mine was deleted by TrustPilot, rather than answered as all other reviews.

Other than this, I am happy that all was clarified and that they finally replied. It seems they need some admin and legal counselling extra support to provide a better customer experience and contract clarity, in my opinion

Tom was extremely friendly and well informed ,he made sure to explain everything in detail to make sure we understood what was happening and what will happen next made one feel comfortable...As for the office it was VERY clean...

I visited PlusDent as I had slight crowding in my top and bottom teeth, they mentioned I needed to wear aligners for 6 months in order to reach the end result of straighter teeth.

The process included changing the aligner every 2 weeks, and after the first few aligners I realised it was better to keep each set of aligners in for long periods then 2 weeks to ensure I achieve the best possible results. After extending the time wearing the aligners to 9 months instead of 6, I am yet to receive the desired results shown on the simulation.

I have reached out about this directly with PlusDent and I have just been ignored.

Please just go and get Invisilign, it's better to spend more and achieve the results properly then spend less and waste your money altogether.
